As far as a strike, another idea as well.. a high ranking CONCORD official gets corrupted once or twice a year, and is receptive to bribes for a set duration of time until he is exposed (and gives the News channels something to talk about).
Seed DED Connections, and have it pertain to player character bounties only... and make it so that the bounties cannot be collected by pilots with an account, account owner, Corp, or Alliance level connection to the pilot with the bounty. This might get more bounty hunters inspired, and thus more combat for pirates.

Pirates Push concord out of systems.. Concords last line of defense only resides in 1.0 systems in a last ditch attempt to keep pilots safe. If your are flying on this day beware!

I like it! These ideas aren't much different than what happened in the Book EVE-The Empyrean Age, where the Thunkers took out the Concord HQ in Yulai, leaving them unable to respond for a while --- all hell broke loose in Empire Space.
Come-on CCP, make it a reality!!!

In what way has every nerf helped the carebear? Torp flight time? warp to 0? Deepspace nerf? Minmitar actualy being a damage dealer?
If the game was tailored to nothing but carebears you would have no 0.0,There would be no chance in a hi sec gank,Insurance claims for ganking would be void.I dont think you know this game as well as you think you do.

Now that i think of it,pirates are "carebears" too.From the moment you undock the ship you are planning to make ISK with,it doesnt have much difference with the other players that undock a pimped mission ship,or a hulk to attack roids.

How can a carebear pirate ask similar things?
And please dont use the normal crap about how hard and risky it is to camp with 10 more guys and 2-3 alt scouts.You warp out at the first sight of trouble.If you want true carebear danger,try undocking a 3-4 BIL Golem in a mission hub for sometime and see what happens
So many of you seem to be missing the point. It's not about making money or easy kills. It's about the fun and hilarity of blowing up carebears. Tears are a wonderful thing and should never go to waste.

Nope I totally agree with you. It would be just as great for low sec to be guarded by Concord for a week or two per year. Can you imagine the WTF? from pirates that find themselves getting concorded in low sec cause they couldn't be bothered to read the warning. Win.

You can't seriously complain over that you are restrictet to low.sec.
If you want to shoot people who can't pvp War.Dec them or go shoot at NC.
But that you complaing over you can't shoot carebears just shows how insane low your skills in pvp is.
Come 0.0 and do some propper pvp instead of that station camping in low.sec waiting for rookie ships.
Or you afraid of loosing your t1 cruiser ?

I would like to point out that most lowsec dwellers don't really care about highsec and don't like the blobs in 0.0, so these aren't the people agreeing this is a good idea.

Do it. Most bears will just log out the week or so it happens and let the skill queues run. Some may just quit because of it. And you get to enjoy EVE at 10k concurrent people again.

As a big cudly carebear i would love to see something happen...
How about once a day/week a random hi sec system swaps to a low sec system and vice versa..
IE: jita has a 0.1/2/3/4 sec status and some random 0.1/2/3/4 gets a hi sec status for the day 
Done on a complete random basis and without any warning..
Could be fun

Like most pointed out: EvE has become too Carebearish. Hence this wont happen in no form.
You are allowed to laugh, but... by now I know there are actually people who cry in real  when loosing their Officer-fit CNR. Mental breakdown and stuff - ya know? This wont be smooth on the amount of players - therefore wont happen. Go out, bust a mission and make the Carebear flag himself.

The chaos this would cause in Jita for even one day, or one hour... ugh! Sorry, it might be nice if you did this in say below .8 sec systems (going off where you could anchor a POS, any where you couldn't would still be safe), but all systems... well... I think it would just be a disaster.

It really takes someone ******ed to not only think up an idea like this and take it seriously, but then to post a thread about it.
Driving idiots and morons out of this game ruins my enjoyment of eve and threatens to damage many real pirates/scammers sources of income.

I would rather see something like fluctuating security levels in systems depending on...something. Imagine being in a 0.5 system that has like 0.47 true security that suddenly drops below 0.45 and Concord bails.

You wanna play, fine ! There`s a crap-load of pvp going on in 0.0, so I`m sure you`ll find someone there to shoot at. Unless you`re a whiny *** that can`t stand getting shot at. 0.0 still has the most valuable resources so there`s a much higher potential for profit there than in empire.
And if something like this would happen, carebears would simply stay in stations for the week.
However,something interesting would be the possibility to "hire" NCP mercs,not as though as CONCORD, but similar, for that given "week(s)" to follow all those hulk-minning
carebears and protect them while they quickly strip 0.0 belts of all the "good-stuff".
This would leave all the new players for you to pod-kill, causing lots of account cancellations for CCP.

No m8 i am totally into this.But balance should be kept in game.So with that in mind,each time someone SBs a low gate,there should be a slight possibility of random hotdrops by Concord.I am definately sure that this would create more tears than killing someone other's hauling alt in empire.Unless you the carebear pirates dont ever go to Jita to sell stuff...
This is a very weird.It calls carebear someone pretty easily....
