Good stuff! I was expecting the same old same old but there's some new and new enough snippets in here. Thanks for sharing..
Those stills of the Intaki male blew me away. If that level of detail (and uniqueness) carries effectively (as in, more effective than the current now you feel unique, now you don't silliness) in to Incarna I'll be bowled over.

No I just enjoying mocking CCP. Its like winding up a 12 year old who suffers from adhd and is unsure of the best way to handle the situation.

This caught my eye: "Zulu: WeÆll absolutely expand and iterate on Incarna in the future, just like we do with the rest of EVE."
Can somebody at CPP let Zulu know about Factional Warfare, or is it not part of Eve any more.

Zulu from MMORPGITALIA: Incarna is mostly being developed by teams from outside the EVE project and DUST 514 is being worked on in our Shanghai office while EVE is developed out of our Reykjavik office. There is little to no resource drain from EVE to DUST today.
Zulu from Dev Blog: As of August 17th, there will be about nine teams working on Incarna. Of those, seven are on loan from other projects - to which they will return once Incarna is launched - and the remainder are EVE development teams.

LAG HAS KILLED EVE AND IT IS NOW DYING SLOWLY FROM CANCER!
INCARNA IS FOR CAREBEARS; WHILE EVE WAS MADE AND PLAYED BY THE HARDCORE PVP'ERS.
ALL THE PVE PLAYERS SHOULD GO BACK TO WOW; AND LEAVE EVE FOR THE REAL PLAYERS THAT PLAY EVE THE WAY IT IS MEANT TO BE PLAYED.
FIX LAG THEN I WILL VOTE!
ALSO I HAVE CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION!

I fail to see the problem here.
The full statement reads:

Of those, seven are on loan from other projects - to which they will return once Incarna is launched - and the remainder are EVE development teams. The EVE teams can work on both Incarna and in-space features, but they are assigned to Incarna for now. Actually one of the teams is spending one and a half releases on Incarna, the other about three releases. So the resource cost from EVE is very contained while the size and impact of the feature will be massive.

How are they lieing? The Italian article says Incarna development is mostly done by outside-of-eve teams, which is true. There are 9 teams working on Incarna, two of those are from Eve, the other 7 are from, I assume, WoD. The Italian article says no Eve devs are developing Dust, which is true, the Dust devs were hired specifically for Dust.

In the first interview they were implying that Eve fixes would not be compromised by anything (top priority). In the second they revert to form by shifting developers to new features not repairing old.

As long as they can find new crops of fresh faced players to pay them to they can spin whatever crap they like.

So, in one article he says Dust514 is being worked on in the Shanghai office - so where is the contradiction? Incarna is being worked on in Reykjavik office, so how can the two be affected?

I've read it countless times - I am not seeing your point. Don't take it the wrong way, I simply do not understand what it is you're implying, if you are implying anything at all, that is.
CCP Zulu has teams working on Incarna, which is an expansion of EVE (Am I right so far?) and over in a completely different office on the other side of the world, there is a team working on Dust.
He hasn't said people working on Dust are people who used to be working on EVE, from a development/team assignment perspective.
Once again - what am I missing? And please, answer the question instead of requoting, spell it out for me, because either I am being totally thick here or you have the wrong idea about what he has said.

Don't worry, it's just angsty people rambling on about how the 2 eve teams working on incarna are the reason for lag, bugs, metagaming and world famine.
