The Utu is valued at 30bil, while the rest of the prizes fall at just under 5bil.
There will be a refund if interest continues to wain.

-If all else fails, you could always just do the drawing and put 3b isk as first place prize instead of the UTU and keep all the rest of the prizes as is, and do the drawing at 900 tickets :) |

This is a horrible shame! imo SOE host some of the greatest events in eve with lotto's and fun makin the eve community better and brings together different people as well as the horrible side inside all of us when we say
"Tickets Bought GL Everyone" but deep down ur thinking "U Dumb Bastards i hope i win"
i think its a real shame how there is so little interest in what SOE is trying to bring us, little for their benefit and sometimes no benefit.
