AUTH - CL5//EXEC//#001 FOR GENERAL RELEASE
On May 15th YC109, after almost two years of loose affiliation with the Guristas, Veto Corp took the decision to offer our contractors in Venal a 5% stake in the operations of our organisation, for the mutual benefit of both parties.
A little over two years later, the corporation has truly flourished. Business, is as always, on the up and up. Our share prices continue to rise in certain non-SCC circles we associate with, and out turnover continues to increase month on month thanks to the current ongoing war efforts of all four major sovereign powers.
Our relations with the Guristas have always been very amicable despite the resurgence of Nation and our opposition of Kuvakei's operations, and it has been a sincere pleasure to work with some of the most skilled, driven and dedicated pilots and officers that the Guristas, and indeed New Eden has to offer.
With this in mind, today the next stage of our relations with our partners in Venal was secured.
Today marks a milestone and a turning point for Veto Corp, a point in time where the Corporation becomes even stronger, more focused, and more dedicated.
A little over an hour ago, the transfer of partial control of the Executor Corporation to two prominent Guristas Commanders as shareholders was completed. This now gives the Guristas 40% control of the core of Veto Corp.
Today, Veto Corp no longer considers itself an independent entity with ties to the Guristas Pirates.
We now proudly regard ourselves Gurista Loyalist, as a paramilitary capsuleer wing operating under the command of Korako Kosakami.
The corporation looks forward to future operations with the hope for continued positive relations withe Venal.
Please adjust your standings as appropriate.
Thank you for your kind attention.

Originally by: Merdaneth As I've heard, this move wasn't directly for financial gain, so I wonder what the motivation was for Veto.
Some things are far more valuable than hard currency.

Originally by: Seriphyn Inhonores Recognition or not, let's not forget the Guristas and Sansha's Nation share positive relations with each other.
As happy we are to see the egos of VETO grow, this still has implications.
Both Kuvakei and Kosakami are well aware of our position on Nation, and their operations.

Originally by: Aodha Khan I think this must be a first for a capsuleer corporation? Respect...
I somehow doubt it's the first, but it's a pleasure and an honour for us to be working with such skilled and disciplined pilots.

Originally by: Mebrithiel Ju'wien Haha! Sorry for laughing Ethan, but it's almost stereotypical of Gurista routes for you to declare Veto's loyality in such a Caldari-business style.
Here at Blood Inq, I'm pretty sure Omir knows our loyalty through bloodshed

The respect is mutual.
