I dont have the skills but say I got the skills to fly a titan pretty well, do I rat like 5 years, do some alliances pay 4 it, or is it just 4 alts of ceo's that get isk from high end moons ??? 60-80b i alot of ratting if you had to pay 4 it by your self

That plus corp taxes, alliance dues, moon mining, Tech II BPO production AND yes bought ISK (they will tell you that they don't but they do) all come together in such a way that Titans are not as hard to come by as you think. Do you know how much it costs IT alliance a month just to hold all that sov? It's math that I don't care to do...

Into this array, they feed loads and loads of component parts worth quite a few billion ISK. The build process, not including the components, will take a few weeks, during which Sov must be maintained. (and not have things shot up as well) Now for all this time and effort, the alliance is going to want to make sure that human at the controls is going to stick around awhile, be available to provide the titan's services, and NOT get the damned thing killed doing something horribly stupid. Demonstrate these attributes long enough and your name will end up on the candidate list. Alternatively, shovel out a few freighter-loads of ISK for your own. Unless they're rolling in titans they're not going to hand them out to just anyone. It's not unrealistic to say your character might never get in a titan unless it's sold to someone who already has access to one.

I am a main, An amarr titan pilot and the question was never if they will give me a titan. It was will I give them my account for what is no doubt a very boring and restricted role. I guess its all how you look at it.
