Actually the smallest reactor ever made was about 450kgs and about 3 meters long - but that was only the reactor - google project pluto .
Current designs for micro-reactors state a minimum weight of 8300 kg.

Every time I post on forums, someone makes Dungeons and Dragons references. What gives gents? What is this "Troll" ?
When I look "troll" up in item search (market-in game) I see only central system controller and controlled bursts. But I learn something every time I play

My opinion is that EVE is well known to have PvP elements, therefore if you play EVE you must consider the possibility of getting ganked. So if you are playing EVE and get ganked - it is just part of the game. To whine about part of the game, to me, means you are unprepared to play it. Please heed the 7 P's and get back to work.
(Previous Proper Planning Prevents **** Poor Performance).

Even if they would, griefers would easily compensate that by making people quit the game and/or rage log. Also the graphics cards and cpu's of ship spinning war targets consume less energy than in-space gameplay. So in fact ... suicide gankers and other forms of 'grief play' mean less of a carbon footprint for EVE's total player base.
