very nice manual there Morph well written and actualy has alot of non bull**** in it
oh and btw i dont know about u other pie-rats but i do 0.0 pirating just as much as i do empire 0.0 is just abit harder with the blob warriors and i dont really consider it pirating as i dont lose sec standing

I very rarely pirate anywhere but 0.0. Mostly because it's more interesting to have people who are at least worried about the area they are in.
Note that I will still take targets of opportunity in empire, but only away from the prying eyes of sentry guns.

lol funny and true =P and for all of you who want to run from the pirates who have you webbed / warp jammed and are telling you to pay up keep this in mind... a gankgeddon can deal about 700 dmg / sec =)just pay the nice man and get it over with before you either get a torp that isnt lubed or a fistful of "boomstick" from a gankageddon shoved right up your candy... =) btw wtf happened to agents that make ur sec status go up =P i dont like flying around in a pod...

Never Pay. What's your self-respect worth these days anyhow? You might as well hand them your boots and eve password and grovel in the dirt before them. Paying just perpetuates the profession and helps them shoot at you later. Likely they're loaded anyhow as "piracy" is a profession many choose as a sort of graduate level endeavor. If anything, take out some of their drones if it is all you can manage. So what if they set you back an hour or ten. That is the price of a spacelane education.
Your main goal should never be to deliberately attack the rich pirates, not their ships not their pride. The goal of an attrition minded fellow is to attack the newest pirates, the weakest pirates and the poorest pirates. Make the initiates distraught in their chosen profession. This isn't fair or sportsmanlike you say? We're talking about dealing with degenerate barbarians here. They're pirates, not warriors, nor representatives of foreign nations. They have no materially evident regard for your sense of civility.
Just remember that we'll always have more Impairors bestowed by order of the Emperor's men than they'll ever have ammo. Frankly, random thuggery is not worthy of romanticized praise.

Did you escrow your brains to a npc char in yulai ?
1. Paying makes us do ransome, wich makes us leave the gateganking, where u
loose all your **** with no option to escape.
2. Impairors ? YOU; my friend, is somewhat of a nutjob.
3. IMPAIRORS ? Check market, theres this new thing called lasers, they dont use ammo.
