Why is it ok to discriminate against and harass on the basis of age, basement dwelling, weight, and being a virgin? Because fat kids who live in the basement cant sue? I know it sounds trollish but if you read the forums you know its true and probably do it. Also, neckbeards. When you say "fanboi" try to picture a fat man doing burlesque with 2 big ass fans that say CCP on one and HTFU on the other. Because that dude is me.

That is clearly a personal choice and clearly taboo. The thing is discrimination is the wrong word for what you mean anyway. Saying "lol you are fat" is not discrimination. Saying "I am not giving you this job because you are fat" is (entirely reasonable) discrimination. I personally have no problem slagging religeon, discriminating on those grounds is a bit different. I don't know why, after all if someones religeon involved human sacrifice it would be okay to discriminate against it.
