Maybe I'm wrong, but isn't the idea to spend as little time as possible missioning for Isk so that you can spend aforementioned Isk playing EVE properlyÖ?
I don't really care what the mission contains as long as the LP and Isk (Bounty + Loot + Salvage) are good.
If you just want to pointlessly play "quests" ( ) 24/7, buy yourself a Goblin and WoW is that way ---->

If you have a unique sounding mission, then it should be only doable once.
I understand (sort of) what you mean. I sometimes wonder how many times a week I am going to have to "kill" Zor!
But then if we can have clones, why can't he?

Why make PvE moar like PvP?
PvPers do so for a reason. The human element. The tears. The smack. The tears. The KB kudos. The tears.
No matter how much time CCP could spend making shiny new missions for carebears, lvl4s would still be the isk/standing grind for people with PvP alts.
Anything done many, many times becomes a grind, no matter how much new crap you throw at it.
Of all the things that need fixing in EVE, PvE is not one of them imho.
