I just bought a shipload of Spirits and ferried them to a station in Caldari Space. I checked the system penalties for Spirits and Caldari did NOT show. Unfortunately once I arrived at the station (where there was a buyer) a message appeared saying it was illegal to sell Spirits at that station.
There seems to be no way of getting around this - other stations in Caldari are also not allowing me to sell. I stand to lose almost all my ISK on this, and yet Caldari space supposedly tolerates Spirit trading.
Can anyone offer any advice?

Yeah, I know someone who made the same mistake. A lot of the stations that buy spirits at a good price in caldari space are amarr npc corp owned stations, and spirits are illegal on amarr stations.

Has anyone tried to do this using a remote sell order?
Just wonder if that would get around the problem.

The buy orders in these amarr stations wanting to buy spirits seem to always be at range 'station'. Would that make a remote sell impossible?
Its possible for these npcs to create a buy order for this stuff within a station where its illegal. Is there really no way to satisfy the buy order? Are there some amazing skills that would make it possible? or what about the remote sell order possibility? anyone know?

btw Dergas, To find out which corp owns a station, you have to click on their logo in the 'info' box about that station.(this is not necessarily the corp/empire who owns the territory its located in). You probably discovered this by now. |
