I have an Hardwiring - Eifyr & co "rogue" ay-2

I know its only 1 % difference but which is likely to be the correct value that is applied? I ask because i saw someone else asking about a different item that had a greater % difference so there are likely multiple of these disparities. Be nice to know which is correct value to know if you want to use the item.

Seems several of the hardwired implants are this way. Anyone know of other items besides the implants with this problem? might as well get a list of them going

There's a few of them, yes.
I would trust whatever the Attributes tab says. That info comes straight from the database through an SQL query I imagine, so it should be accurate. The descriptions I treat as mostly a guide (at best).
