If you go dualrep you forgo your aux mid for injector, have crap tank for that scale of gang and have no EHP(~20k) to speak of(you'll live 7.5s vs just 3 arty canes). Oh, you also do comedy DPS, such a useful ship, isn't it?
You really want either something along the lines of shield fits already posted, or plate it. Something like this(can change 1 BCU for EANM, pilot's preferrence; TD for whatever you want, really - painter, SB, etc):
[Sacrilege, PvP] 1600mm Reinforced Rolled Tungsten Plates I Ballistic Control System II Ballistic Control System II Damage Control II Centii C-Type Adaptive Nano Plating
Y-T8 Overcharged Hydrocarbon I Microwarpdrive Warp Disruptor II Stasis Webifier II Balmer Series Tracking Disruptor I
Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Fulmination Rage Assault Missile Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Fulmination Rage Assault Missile Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Fulmination Rage Assault Missile Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Fulmination Rage Assault Missile Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Fulmination Rage Assault Missile Small Energy Neutralizer II
Medium Anti-Thermic Pump I Medium Trimark Armor Pump I
Keep in mind that ship is relatively slow, so you'd really might want to consider flying something more efficient in gangs. But if you want to be useful in Sac, that's about the only way. Oh, Slaves help a lot
Edit. Gypsio says the truth, like it or not
That's a big heavy plate you got there with 2 big heavy armor rigs. Good luck keeping up with your gang bro.
Remember How to fly: Stay out of scram range and in missile range.

For the record, I tried the 1600plated fit. I tried an 800mm plate + med neut. And I decided to go with the dual rep fit.
In the meantime you've got other guys posting fits with 3 rigs and actually opening the possibility of putting a scram on this ship

Then why are you fitting a web?
If you have to ask...

The question was: why put a web on a ship (Sacrilege) when you're never planning to engage within the web's range?
The only answer I can think of is for drone/frigate defense, since these are the things you can't dictate range on. Any other ideas as to what Indeterminacy was thinking besides trolling me?
I wonder, could you use it to prevent an opponent from getting into scram range? What is the effect of overheating a web?

What fun are forums without trolls

And the trolling continues, but at least I got you to finally answer my question :)
What fun are forums without trolls???
Nevermind the guy who suggested buying 3 drakes instead of a sac. We all know draekes are only for elite pvpers.
