Please link the truly most fail fit kills. Either because of how they were fit or what killed them that should not have. Also feel free to leave up to three sentences that sums up why you picked it.
I will pick 5 and give out ISK to the killer(s) of the fail fit, half going to the person making the post here.
1st - 500,000,000 ISK
2nd - 200,000,000
3rd - 100,000,000
4th - 50,000,000
5th - Bantom spaceship 
Winners will be decided in 24 hours from now.
Rules:
1. You can only post 5 kill mails.
2. You can not post a kill mail that someone has already posted.
3. Only three proper sentences allowed to describe each kill on any aspect relating to it.
4. Must be API verified.

That is a fail fit for sure. You only submitting one kill mail and nothing to describe why you picked it?

Thats the only one I have off the top of my head.
Reasons, I know the guy. His experiments "never fail". I lolled pretty hard when this happened so it sticks out to me for more than just the fit. |

Does winning while failfit count?
If so, this is me failing to fail while failfit.
And this is the same fit seen in a more proper setting, a lossmail
I did it for the lulz and probably woulda beat the incursus too if i hadnt shot both the asteroid and his rr accidentally giving him aggro too. I think my hob II's where still kicking the shot outta the asteroid when I popped.

There's alot of stupid fits out there as well, can't think of a single one that is worse than others. It's more like categories of stupidity.
Stupidly expensive, stupid for the current role of the fleet, stupid altogether, stupid timing (like moving a ship that's not fitted through hostile spec), etc.
When I read this thread tho, and a kill I'm actually on myself, thought of a Hel we killed a while ago.
I wouldn't say that qualifies as the worst fit ever, but the fact that he actually used it before he had finished fitting it (and perhaps skill for it) just bumped it up the scale.

LOL Emo TJ was a fungus on Assembly Hall and other places. After this loss her recycled his character and is now gone. Note what ship killed him.

it would look pretty cool if:
A) it used some sort of nanostuff instead bulkheads (hey, this frigate is slow and fat, so let's make it even slower and fatter!).
B) if it was an anathema.
C) if it wasn't a freakin' cov ops at all.

This guy used to be in corp with me at one time, I always followed what fits he was using even after I left the corp just to catch a glimpse of his sheer genius at work.
First up the omni damage, omni tank Mega, no enemy is safe from this beast:

Most of my fits are failfits however this happened quite recently so its still fresh in my memory. I was getting mods from stations for my discophoon and all i had were 8 smartbombs. I was at the last jump to get my cap boosters and what do you know, a gatecamp! There are 6 frigs and inties that instantly scram and web me so i turn on my smartbombs thinking i can take a few with me. After a few seconds 4 of them warp out and im against 2 ships now. One of them pops and i realize that im no longer scrammed. So i start aligning and the last ship moves out of smartie range. Just when i think "I made it!!!!!!!1!11one" my ship says i dont have enough cap and i realize i never turned off the smarties  and the last ship proceeds to kill the remaining hull i have. This is a great kill because my failfit wasnt even finished!

I think this one is the winner right here. Not only because of the complete epic triple facepalm (o.0) fail fit, the top damage dealer's last shot was form a civillian gatling railgun, from a Manticore (lolz). If that doesn't scream fail, well, nothing else will.
