They have even been spotted running deadspace complexes in the region. Proof? Is Atlas renting from Ev0ke?

Also 5 alliances and 12 corps to kill one guy in a ratting tengu.. omg Maybe we will see the start of something utterly new and triumphent... striking at the soft underbelly of a bloated inactive and outdated NC.. That would be a sight to see and I am know there are many who would be eager to join. Hell IT aren't going to do it they tried and failed everyone terribly and are now failing worse vs Evoke.
