RAW - Largest offering that closed without SCAM was ISSO followed by FIN/FINU.
If BSAC closed up now it would be the largest Public Corporation to close without incident.
ISSO was up to 500B on top of it's already bloated portfilo of other Outposts.
FIN was 250B.
FINU (Expansion) was an up to an additional about 150B, if I remember correctly.
Bad Bobby was backed up by Ricdic a LOT. The way I always saw it was BB and Ricdic where friends in EVE. Without going into Details, also BB had remarkable timing on his Withdrawals from EBANK. /tinfoil. But I don't think to be a Bash BB thread or an EBANK thread, so I'll leave it at that.
To me trust is always given to the person by the public. For some reason I'm considered an MD Elite, yet I have never opened a personal IPO/Bond. So where did I get the title? Being in the public, being known, show integrity, show you can make the hard choices that not everyone will like. Show that anything you say you mean and stick with it. THAT is integrity, that is what makes trust in my opinion.
Tour Soul in my opinion has HUGE amounts of integrity, so does PP/Ray/AC155/Cosmoray and Block.. Why? Because when they say they are going to do something they will do it. TS is well known to be trustworthy however, he is also known to be stubborn, hard headed, and unwavering.. I remember years ago the entire MD community was calling on TS to close up BMBC.. CLOSE IT UP IT'S NOT MAKING ANY MONEY or It's making too little. Yet he stuck with it and to this day is considered one of the most stable stocks you can own.
Proton Power has huge amounts of integrity as well, but for a different reason.. He has run many profitable and very attractive and demanded IPOs. He is a workhorse, he gets things done, and when he burns out, he closes up, even though people hate to lose that investment. His IPOs sell out the fastest and often to the big boys. His stuff comes with a lot of strings like "I'm not going to report, you'll get the earnings that I want to give." Although the latest one had auditors etc all because he didn't want to do it, he doesn't care about that stuff. He just wants the ISK to work with to play the game and it costs dividends. That's all.
Ray has been in almost every large public corp that has had issues and brought it back from the dead. The biggest reason EBANK wanted him on board. His integrity comes from the fact that he will do what needs to be done to make it happen. EMFI was dead bleeding ISK and it was brought back from the dead after he basically forced the shares from 10,000 ISK down to 3,000 ISK and began trading them along with what he does and recoveries it fully! Only to have to fall in the hands of someone who is now AFK..
Cosmoray made his integrity by being the voice of reason, created Bonds that payed well and again has always said what he says will happen and he takes no crap from anyone. Remember Cosmoray has actually SCAMMED. While I'll admit it was scamming a scammer he willfully went out and scammed to recover his own investment. That means he takes no crap from anyone..
Block keeps mountain of records for his stuff, I know I have access to it as a Director, so much data in there it's remarkable. He creates long term corporate goals and executes them over YEARS. Block started out small, and is now the single largest still running and scam free corp in EVE. However, his IPO is also questioned as low performance. That doesn't stop him though, it's part of his prospectus, sure people don't like variable dividends with limits, but he sticks with it..
AC155, I have no idea why that mongo has Integrity 
TThe point is, the big names, all have one thing in common. They are all well known for good and bad. These are the only people I would invest in because their true integrity is shown, they don't hide their flaws, they embrace, them as part of them.
