Hey Guys 0/
My name is Rexels and I am going to open (what I think) is eve's first female run 3rd party service.
In order to compete with more established third parties I will be offering a different pay system:
All third party exchanges will be accepted no matter how big or how small (size does not matter, trust me )
The fee is 1% of the total transfer value
No single fee will exceed 200 million isk
I operate in West Coat US, Australia, Alaska and East Asian Time Zones. when many of the other third parties are not available
Some rules:
All third party requests must be posted here. no detailes required just a post requesting the service.
When the transaction is complete please post here to help me build my reputation
To prevent scamming Rexels' will not "hold" items or accept contracts of any type - all contracts will be ignored
I hope to earn your trust in the coming years. Anyone who has done missions with me in the past feel free to give me a friendly bump .

You trolled my thread too and i've already handled over 2.5billion in public lotteries.
OP: Hope you get this off the ground, however I'd just like to ask how you're going to secure anything if you're not gonna accept lottery prizes in escrow?
PS: I'd recommend you go free for a few events then go paid.
Thanks - I know some of my friends will be waking up soon and may help me with my "growing pains" by using my services. I had hoped to avoid lotteries as there are many people who already do them and they tend to be very sacmmy
be nice guys! I'll prove I'm no scammer

I did the odd lottery a while ago, quick freighter lotteries - I used to get Chribba to secure them, and I was considering doing it again. Considering you have no rep, at all, what would you charge, and what guarantees do I get that you don't just take my freighter and run off into the night?
I mean, I am not too worried about the customers - I can refund their isk if necessary - but what do *I* have as security?
My fee for a freighter lotto like the one you did with Chribba would be 10M isk. As I do not accept items through contract or in holding you would need to deposit the full lotto value of the freighter w/ me.
When the lotto drawing is complete and the winner confirms that they have received the item I will refund you your co-lateral.
IMHO this system works much better than Chribbas system of holding the item as it reduces all parties risk - especially the ticket buyer. let me explain
Say you are a scammer and you run of with the freighter and the ticket ISK. I can refund the buyers with your collateral and lose only my time.
If I am the scammer you can simply refund the players whats been paid and sell your freighter to reduce your net losses. you would lose net income but, by taking the risk, you reduce your buyers overall risk - hopefully improving your tickit sales.
only if both you and I are scammers do the buyers face risk - however since its a lottery each buyer faces a greatly reduced total loss than you or I.
If your interested still please post in here and I will begin the process

Ok, 10m is a pretty good price - I didn't do a lot of these with Chribba because there was no money in it - I think I made like 50m, and that is too much effort tbh.
I will start working on my lotto and see how it goes
edit: wait, 1% would be ~7m - can I jew you out of that last 3? ;)
edit edit: you know what, my spidey sense just tingled, I think I'd like to see some more vouches here if you don't mind - hopefully some-one relatively well known (to me at least)?
I understand trust is earned. Please let me know if you change your mind by placing a link to your lottery in a new post below and a request for my services (not thoes kind ).

ha, Rexy knows some folks I know, and put out a call for people who would be willing to vouch for her. Dumb luck that I already knew you :)
Still, I know Rexy, and the folks she hangs with. I would be very surprised if this were a big scam, and wouldn't be vouching if I thought that was a possibility, for my ehounoure, you see.
Thanks for being so nice Grogoth - ill have to do some discount work for you and the other PL boys
