hmm 60-70 mil to save 1.5 energy a second using a passive hardener rather then an active hardener. Sorry but I don't think saving 1.5 cap a second is worth a tier 1 BS.

The price went down to 55 million. I was thinking that this might be exactly what is needed for those heavy assault cruisers. Cap is life for many assault cruiser pilots, and this baby is your key.
