The price went down to 55 million. I was thinking that this might be exactly what is needed for those heavy assault cruisers. Cap is life for many assault cruiser pilots, and this baby is your key.
Hardners (50% resist) use 30 cap per activation. This membrane (44.5%) uses ZERO cap and is always active.
well i want one for an asault cruiser, but why pay that...I may as well buy a spare assault cruiser!!!
