Oh come on Tyrrax. Share the info. What you've posted here is just a "My agent mission dangler is longer than yours" post with zero actual use. Everyone else is sharing info so why don't you?

That said; check the stats for it on EVE I -- actually like a fairly solid Maller variant. :o
Nah, for the effort required, none of the frigates or cruisers are worth getting. You can buy better off th emarket. The battleships are different matter. The pirate battleships are in a class of their own.

I find this offer to be really really cool and I'd love to go searching for the tags. I only rejected it because I'm going for the Navy Issue Apocalypse bpc.
Judging from josephine's link it looks like it's not completable until next patch.

Actually I bet he's just an ultra rare spawn on kill missions, is all. For instance, I currently have in my possession one insignia from Captain Kali Midez. He was a named spawn who appeared at the end of a Blockade mission for the Archangels, much to my surprise. Dropped a +2% tracking implant and a Kali Midez insignia. Which was nice. I am guessing that this is the source for these things.
Someone out there must have one. Just keep looking.
