Retribution, it rocks :P
can tank better and do more dmg, even with its 1 mid slot u can still kill normal frigs in 1-2 vollys of guns,

Alright, say i pick the Retribution then. Now i've got a problem... Wtf do i put in that single low slot? I would really prefer having one more tbh 
If i had 2, i would go with mwd + scrambler, but with that single one, what do i use?
Suggestions?

If you plan on PvPing with a Retribution, which sounds a bit dubious, then go with a webber. If you like to do level 3 missions - which it does very very well - then go with a named 1mn AB and ditch the nos. 4 medium pulse t2, 1mn AB, thermal hardener, energized membrane, T2 repper, CPR, CPR runs nearly indefinitely.
