How come there aren't any skills to reduce your signature radius? Is it because of a balance issue, or they just never thought to implement them? |

* Shield Rigging
* Skirmish Warfare - Skirmish Warfare Specialist (for Skirmish Warfare Link - Evasive Maneuvers) |

Not for modules, I mean a skill that reduces sig radius on your ships like how navigation gives all your ships a bonus to speed. |

A skill & rig combination would be interesting.
For example, Rig A reduces signature by X% at penalty to Y%
Each level in appropriate skill reduces Y% by 10% |

no they dont...
sig is most important for tracking, which damps don't affect. |

If you're willing to dabble in drugs, there's also the X-Instinct booster. Synth variants (legal everywhere) will drop your signature radius by 3% for half an hour. More powerful variants will give you better signature reduction, but are subject to confiscation by customs in hi-sec, and have greater chances of side effects such as crippling your armor or shield buffer or your missile range or turret falloff. |

This...standard x-instinct is great for reducing sig. Get your booster skills and eat these like candy. There are great prices in minmatar space trade hobs, and low sec that I know nothing about...
