For a very limited, Somer.blink is allowing you to withdraw your ISK. Just go into the "Somer Lotteries" channel when Somerset Mahm is around and type in all caps "I'M ATHEISTOFFAIL AND I'M FIRING MAI LAZORS". You'll have a refund to your ingame wallet within 30 minutes.
True story, it happened to me.
