Blink doesn't offer a courier service with caps :P We will always contract cap ships in low sec, never in null sec. As close as we can get them to Jita as possible. 2. Your vigilant was fulfilled on 2011-06-30 17:58:28 We try to keep fulfillment under 24H as much as possible, and 95% of the time our fulfillment time is well under our estimated time. However, because of the 40T celebrations so far we've been seeing a lot more claims than our usual standard operating day. Caps can take a little longer. -- While I'm here, just want to say a big thank you to all those that have enjoyed using SOMER Blink as we reach yet another milestone, and what a milestone it is - 40 Trillion - wow that is a big number.
