IÆm tired of watching this auction. Pick a number between 1-59 and on SaturdayÆs Kentucky Powerball drawing IÆll give this toon to the lucky winner. No strings attached.
Pick a number and donÆt edit your post. Limit one chance per character. If you edit your post at anytime you will be disqualified. Also, the character picking the number has to have been created before this post.

As it stands, all the numbers are taken. However, there are some rather obvious violations. IÆll go through the list and repost it tomorrow after IÆve removed them.

Also, in the Character Bazaar rules it says no lotteries, but I assume this is OK due to the fact that you're not selling tickets, just giving them away. Anyways, good luck everyone 
Good point. I had also assumed that since I wasnÆt selling tickets CCP wouldnÆt have a problem with it. LetÆs see how it plays out.

This is not breaking the rules. He said "character" not accounts. We all have 3 character slots and some with more then 1 account. The only way you can prove an character was not made before the post is info the winner or info everyone 1 by 1. (look at there corp history) lol But lets be real. This was full in like an hour. Not to many people had time to make other toons. Also will the site even read a new char that fast?
IÆm not going to sit here and debate my rules with you. I want to make it fair to everyone. That means one number per person. IÆll let you keep your mainÆs number.
