I will pay large(!) amounts of ISK for a working vBulletin EVE API registration system with openfire jabber integration.
For more information please contact me by mail.
Please don't link me TEA and tell me to change to SMF, TEA is more or less outdated, quite unstable and SMF is horrible compared to vBulletin. |

What do you mean by a "EVE api registration system"?
Are you wanting to add new users based off a Corp or Alliance membership list taken from the API and then compared to the membership list of a vBulletin site and then:
1. If the user doesn't exist, add that new user filling out the profile with whatever data is specified.
2. If the user *in vBulletin* no longer exists in the Corp or Alliance membership list then mark that user as active = No.
And if so, what version of vBulletin are you using?
And what precisely do you want done with the openfire/jabber integration? Notifications sent because this will run as a cron job? |

Reasons such a mod doesn't exist yet:
- License; Many people are using a cracked (illegal) vBulletin package.
- Cost; To get a license costs a lot of money
- Upgrade period; Because of the license fee, many people don't update, making it very difficult to make a mod that supports multiple versions.
- No real benefit; According to comparison websites vBulletin doesn't offer anything important over phpBB or SMF. I have posted a link to one in another topic, will edit this post when I find it again.
SMF might be outdated, but the phpBB mod isn't. |

Yeah I do some work with vBulletin. For the most part it is good. But in general terms vB usually seems to accomplish about 95% of what you want to get done but the remaining 5% always turns out to be a real bastard. |

Biggest problem of vB, when you've got really big amount of data to carry on... Sister of EvE: http://eve.bubonicpestilence.ru/
