I'm currently working on a website for Alliances and (larger) Corporations.
I'ts been on and off in development for over a year now and there are still some old design elements that have to be redone. Also, there are quite some more features planed that I did not have the time to implement yet.
Nevertheless, working features so far are:
- API secured registration
- automatic phpBB3 registration
- automatic TS3 registration
- Some degree of phpBB3 integration
- Fittings section
- Character Sheet including skills, orders, transactions and journal
- POS Tracker
- Logistics System
- Corp & User management
- Actually.. some "spy" tools for users with sufficient rights
- (optional) Per-User killboard PWs
- (optional) API synchronisation with the killboard

Currently, I'm looking for beta testers (1 or 2 larger corporations or maybe a small alliance?) to help me iron out some bugs and help me out with fresh ideas.
Especially scaling issues are important to me, as I simply can't test those by myself.
Also, I intend on selling (or renting) the website for ISK once I'm sure there are no security vulnerabilities or possible code-breaking bugs left.
I'd be glad to hear what you guys think would be appropiate to charge.
Selling the website (or "Intranet" as I got used to calling it) means that I give you the complete sourcecode, so there would be no way for me to gather any API keys if that is your concern.
If you (and your corporation) are interested in beta testing, either reply here or mail/convo me ingame.
As a beta-tester you would of course get the whole code package for free once the testing phase is over, as well as 25% from the first sale.

this looks very nice, if by testing you mean trying the code on my server and giving feedback, i have a dedi box to have a go with + could tempt my alliance with it :)

We do have our own server etc. to put it up on, if that's what you're looking for.

Yea, that's exactly what I mean by testing. Just use it however you like, maybe try to break some stuff if you got the time. If you know how to, you could also try some code/mysql injections (which hopefully won't work).
And having your corporation or even your alliance test it would be just great.
However I did not expect an answer from such a big corporation/alliance that fast, so it will be 2 or 3 more days of bugfixing for me until I send you the sourcecode (I'll contact you ingame to sort that out).

Yeah, I'd give this a shot as well. . . . However, I'd provide my own host. Just need the stuff to implement it on my own sites.

I'm currently hosting a similar service for my corp (logi, pos track, fittings etc) and I would be really happy to test your code on my server. Our current software is kinda outdated so we might even and up buying it when it's released. |

Eve-Mails with links to the files have been sent out. Please do not share or re-destribute the files. There will be updates every now and then (I'm working on it every day, so rather sooner than later).
For everyone who did not get an eve-mail: I'll send out some more once I've made sure the ones I sent out indeed work.
Also, there's a demo version here: http://xeno.infinitecovenant.com/demo . Demo as in: everyone can register and everyone has moderator access to try stuff out.
That means you could theoretically delete other corporations/user. However, they could easily re-register and such behavior would result in your corp getting blacklisted.

mmm unable to delete account/corp api and you can read the mail of the person that registered or using the site before/after you.
Please remove account. (I would test it with my alliance, but publicly it's risking the chance of showing information to unconcerned parties which could be abuse).

user information deleted from logs, I'll take care of it not happening again.
Sorry for that incident, I'll probably remove API logging alltogether (does not really serve any purpose anyway I suppose)
Edit: Mail issue is being taken care of ("only" alliance mails are affected, and you can all only read mine, thanks for the reminder)

I have tried to install the tool on a Windows server runing WAMP.
The killboard installation ran fine.
The phpBB3 installation ran fine.
Steps 1 through 3 of the intranet tool ran fine - inlcuding the data loads.
When I reached what I presume is the final step (4) I received a 101 error from the server.
On analysis of the Apache error log I found the following:
PHP Notice: Undefined index: step in C:\\wamp\\www\\corptool\\install\\index.php on line 23.
... and then a series of errors in the functions_checks (lines 3,42 and 76) and functions_mysql (lines 3,25,47,69,97,125 and 152) of undefined variable.
These errors were repeated fo each of the install steps of install, ?step=2 and ?step=3.
I am running on 64 bit Windows with WAMP including:
Apache version 2.2.11
PHP 5.30
MySQL 5.1.36
Ideas would be welcome.

Uh, seems like the server I used for the bug tracker and the test setup crashed, got disabled or something else..
I'll look into it as soon as possible, thanks for the notice.

Thanks for the continuous offers to help with beta testing.
However, there are already quite a few corporations and alliances participating, and I won't accept any more requests for now.
I'll update the first post when this changes, but if the testers I already have continue working as great and productive as they are doing now, I don't think there are any more beta testers needed.

Well, if things go as well as they do now, it should only be a few weeks (I hope to get it done before the 18th).
concerning the price..
preliminary costs (feedback welcome!):
Renting - I provide the webspace, killboard, forums (including support)
- Limited version (limited to 2 corporations and 50 registered users): 100mil a month
- Full/Alliance version: 350mil a month
Buying:
- Source Code (incl. 6 months of free updates): 2bil
Updates:
- Major Update package (all updates available at that time): 300mil
All pices are open for feedback.
The renting prices are not entirely in my hand, though. I still have no idea what the person providing the server will charge from me for using it...

I do all of my own hosting as I run a small company that handles that sort of thing so naturally I would be interested in my own copy of the source code but at that price I'm out. I'll just keep plugging away at using open source stuff until I'm finished with my own little project.

The major update package is also nice, i will be pay 500m probably for this.

1.5 bil for the source sounds like a fair offer.
As for the Major update package: It will probably not cost more than 350mil as I want it to me around the price of a PLEX, which I think is a price an alliance should easily be able to pay every few months.

Also an update on the release: I'm currently working on fixing some remaining bugs with the POS tracker and the logistics.

I can say that I have tested this and tried to break this in every possible way. The prices he is offering is VERY reasonable. The functionality of this is amazing.
I would recommend this for a startup corp or a corp that has been around since the beta days.

LoL Not to offend my friend but we do not know your credentials so your "every possible way" might be just a surface scratch on our abilities.
Two things:
- If the price were around 1b then I might be tempted to give it a try with our organization.
- Intranet is a boring name, in my opinion. Make it eve related after all. I have some ideas, mail me in game if interested and I'll pass them on.

You are not a programmer right? That's all.
Btw as i said for the entire source the price is correct: i've used this software in the past and was great, but now with all the additions is a must-have for all corporations.
The name is a problem? LoL
