- Advanced Spaceship Command 5 - means Dread Ready
- T3 Strategic Cruiser Ready
The focused skill training appears to be what you are after. With 31 perception, all pvp skills are super fast to train. As remap is available, you can easily change his training focus to whatever area you are interested in.
