Hi,
ok so a few days ago i bought 2 30 days plex, but neither in account management or online client says that i have redeemable items. both my bank and eve site say ive paid for it. what do i do now?
and what happens if i reimburse the money i paid with my bank? |

For a more full answer:
If you accidentally bought game time and not PLEX, you will have extended your account subs by 60 days instead.
The easiest way to discern which is appropriate is to ask how much you paid for the two PLEX, because the prices are different for each. |

There also note on the PLEX purchase page:
Quote:Please note: if you are logged in to the EVE game client when your PLEX becomes available, you will need to log out and back in again to access the redeeming system and move your PLEX into your hangar. For security reasons there may be up to one hour delay in PLEX delivery after purchase.
But no one reads this. Good example of "shut up and take my money!"

guess thats pretty much plex . i also opened petition 2 days ago but i dont feel confident in getting help tbh.
already had to abandon several missions cause they bugged and never got answer:( |

OK... couple of things to check:
1) Alt account? I've done this by mistake in the past, buying with an alt acct.
2) Already redeemed? Open your assets (on all characters, one by one) and search for PLEX.
If that's already done... petition is your only hope. It takes time, depending on queue load.
