I have been reading alot of the forums on how Num had lied to people stole funds and screwed over BCA. I will tell that is just not the case.
While I did not always see eye to eye with him Num always had the best interest of BCA in mind. Time and time again I'm reading that Num was ordering BCA to stop supporting goons in their efforts, but I fail to see any mail sent to the alliance or to goons saying this. Only a convo between himself and his Head diplo/pvp director about what BCA's options were to give its members oportunity to grow.
Goons say that if BCA wanted to live in Dek they need to support goons, and infact in the last few goon ops BCA numbers were nearly the same as test and only one OWN member was seen zero from TNT.
Now I hear that because Num was talking about helping TCF (long time friends of goons the guys who gave them the region save one request, to leave current residence) in their efforts, and looking to rent additional space with MM ment that BCA was no longer supporting goons.
Now that may sound like a good reason until you hear time and time again reasons why OWN was not showing up in force for ops, the reason? "We are fully deployed" in some distant region no place near goons ops or Dek, taking sov with the NC. And yet they were given another system in dek.
Lets get to the moons that have been brought up, why would we not ask for moons? We were told to put a proposal together for systems we would like to have, we were told that by sept we would be given more systems.
Every alliance in dek has a nice tight group of sov but BCA would only be given systems half way across the region. The requests were not unreasonable. And the moons were not expected to be given to us much like under TCF we held the sov they held the yummy moons
Now it's been said that Num did not tell his directors we were given rights to systems in Dek and that is just not true infact that mail that has been posted several times was sent to myself aswell in it clearly says we could take sov in e3uy or lek.
The major point of every system we requested was for pvp and having BCA jb's to aid fleet movements in and around our sov and connecting two major entry points into Dek thus allowing quicker movement to engage hostiles in Dek. Since OWN is "fully deployed" and on a regular basis BCA fleets roam Dek to help other areas outside of its sov systems unlike test tnt and own why would these requests be unreasonable?
Then with no warning BCA is reset the corp who runs our TS3 server drops from bca, turns off TS server and we are told to GTFO due to Num's diplo work, bca rank and file members are ok and will be allowed to leave (after goons puts a docking fee on the station for some hours along with the station in zoy) and then the trash talking in local begins. And so BCA begins to evac continualy requesting that the docking fee be dropped and under constant threat from goons diplos telling us they will reset and not be allowed to leave in peace.
Then a mail from The Mittani where in he is telling us to take down our TCU's in Dek and Fade systems... I was not aware that goons had any say in a deal we have with MH (as we are on the tribute list) to rent a system in fade paid up through next month. Thanks to some major help from TCF and MM we continue leave Dek.
Bottom line is BCA had some sweet systems and it took very little for goons to find a reason to kick us out, then give BCA corps/members a place to stay while telling them that Num has been cheating them. It is clear they wanted the systems and BCA members just not BCA the alliance in those systems.
Say what you like these are the facts, but being spun in such a way to make goons look favorable and BCA leadership bad. Anyone will tell you I had my share of arguments with Num and did not agree on some choices but when it came down to it BCA was his priority.
