Just use the Tengu and fix the fit. Grind Sanctums until you want to kill yourself. If you have an alt account use it to salvage while you run the next site.
1) Scrap the Damage Control, useless in PvE.
2) Use Rigors instead of CCCs.
3) Just kite with AB, BS won't track you or be in range and you'll pop frigates incredibly easily.
4) Fix your silly tank. Throw one of the Boosters away to compensate for the loss of the CCCs and simply use another resist mod or whatever you want. If you kite you will have absolutely no issues with tank.
Damage is not as good as some other ships, but it's easy to get there and it's easy to kite a Sanctum around.
Personally I would just run them in a Dominix or something. Easy to tank and Sentries + Rails are amazing damage. But your char is a gimp Caldari one, so wotevs.

Oh, I thought you had really bad skills outside Caldari.
I would definitely do that. It does more damage and it is far easier to just semi-AFK Sanctums in it. Plus if you fall asleep while doing Sanctums and die to some mean PvP'er then you lose 50 million or something - big deal.
Bring your Tengu down with you and try both out since it's such a great ship to travel in (and it will be good for some plexes or whatever if you ever need it).
There should be a gazillion Dominix fits posted already on eve-search.com. If not - fire up EFT and put in 4 hardeners + 1 LAR + Rails + T2 Gardes + 2 Omnidirectionals + Sentry Damage rigs + whatever cap regen you want to make it stable. Can even use damage mods to squeeze almost 800 DPS out of it. (This is the safer armor fit - it's possible to do shield fit too, but it requires a bit of pimp to reliably tank Sanctums I think? Don't take my word for it)

Stop using HAMs, they are trash - why do you want to give up your ability to kite at range? Yes, Rigors are amazing - they allow you to use T2 missiles constantly (Fury) and still absolutely destroy cruisers and up (frigate less so, but they still die fast).
With 4 BCS and Fury missiles you deal almost 600 EM DPS at ~110km. Not a lot of things beat that.
