This is the story of NOIR invading Firebird Squadron's C5 wormhole space on an apparent "eviction contract" that was displayed on their website, but was recently taken down.
First Sights
9-21
While on a sleeper ops in our own c5 doing radar sites, we guarded that K162 with a couple of covops scouts. It was EOL at this point of time and we did not care much about (who would jump a EOL hole without need??) when suddenly a Helios entered the EOL hole.
The Helios definitely did not jump back! Firebird Squadron tried to get him with Arazu and ceptors, but he stayed INSIDE Nomad and probably logged off. To make it worse, another Anathema jumped threw it and into Nomad about 10 mins later. He also did not jump back threw that wh and logged off inside the c5!
About 45 mins later the K162 collapsed! FBS had eyes on that hole most of the time - we are pretty sure both scanners did not go back to threw that wh.
While we sleep
9-22
Noir setup a small pos and had their fleet guarding the WH. Once FBS had a decent membership log on decided to take action! FBS decided to throw the orca threw the wh to close it and keep any larger fleet coming in, losing the orca of course in the process, after 5-10mins of a small gang fight neither side really gaining the edge, we manage a warp in on their guardians giving their current fleet a good blow by taking out that guardian. They retreated to their POS.

So FBS immediately regrouped and assembled a POS bashing fleet and warped their pos, knowing they dont have a large fleet to stop us. Incapacitating thier POS with 2 dreads and a large fleet very fast. FBS then closed and blocked a noir. scout out and their reinforcement fleet later that same day, closing the wh with a carrier causing them to rescan and attempt again. Unfortunatly FBS could not hold the whs 23 hours a day and when our downtime came, they moved several more pilots and ships in. Out maning and out gunning us. As we are a pve corp we do not have the pvp prowess and know how to take on a fleet of professional killers.
During noir.s downtime, FBS took advantage and moved all corp assets out of Nomad and began the takedown of our manufacturing pos and beefing up FBS main poses.

FBS takes the fight to noir.'s hac gang. Getting ****d in our thrown together shield fleet in a Wolf(armor bonus wh). Lost a bit on that one, but learned what we cannot do, lol.

Soon after, a 10B random was sought after by Noir.
CALM before the storm?
9-24 to 9-26
Mostly pos circling and devising a plan. Lacking a fleet to take them. FBS did manage to get a HS direct to amarr and evacted personal ships and things that were not PVP oreiented and brought in some more that was. FBS were settled in for the long haul. FBS have lived here a long time and have a very tight group of dedicated players. Taking Nomad was never going to be easy for noir.
Backup arrived.
9-25, 26
Realizing our demise is at hand, I could not very well pay a ransom. So our CEO join the merc channel and meet Firnas from Snatch Victory. 12 hours later Snatch setup a large tower up in our wh "Nomad" and moved in Pilots.
Cease fire
9-26 - 28
FBS and Snatch Victory reinforced thier small pos and began on the medium one. Soon after, A cease fire was agreed upon. And currently Noir is moving all thier stuff out.
Questions remain? Who hired Noir to evict us? Was their in fact anyone hire or just looking to ransom FBS? Even if Snatch Victory wasn't hired could NOIR even take down our POS's?

noir is **** and i doubt anyone actually hired them. they wouldn't have tried to ransom you if they were hired.
