atm.. hmm.. not much around 7-8b. hoping to double that within this month :)
tho i do know a few ppl over 500b worth with about 200+ liquid in their hands. they never post here tho unless they use alts i havent found out yet :D)

I suspect most of the 100+ billion crowd does not post actively in MD. Obviously they don't need the advice and just swinging ur peen about how awesome you are get's really boring, really fast. 
Myself, about 20 billion and dwindling as I'm suffering from EVE burnout syndrome.

130B liquid right now personally, 300B NAV.
I personally found I stopped pushing for isk once I broke the 200B NAV mark, I doubt that this is a unique thing.
Also, MD numbers are low.. actual fortunes should be a lot higher. I am a broke bastard compared to many, but most people with isk I'm aware of have never had anything to do with the MD. Isk from t2 bpos, oldschool tricks, managing reaction chains for an alliance, etc make for a solid amount of pretty rich people.

I'm worth a lot less than people think. I ran 60b of investment schemes years ago (back when that was a big number) and eventually liquidated both to return the ISK to investors. My personal assets are mostly tied up in ships and a handful of T2 BPOs that I haven't used in years and woudn't even know the value of any more.

Noob warning, only read below if you can handle a laughing fit =)
Im 26 days old to Eve, unfortunatly i got scammed a couple weeks back and only had 1 million to my name 
Someone kindly gave me 10million isk which i have turned into 70million isk already (i dont log in everyday and lost 11million last night).
Hopefully in another 2 weeks time i will be able to say im worth 250million :)

Ur...MD newb question here:
I'm assuming NAV is Net Asset Value - what all is calculated in this? What if I have a RRspiderBS docked somewhere in losec - how does one calculate the value of that? Ship minus transport fees? Put it on contract in situ and hope?

You value it at the price you could realistically sell it for. Most often, it's a guestimate.

Price of BS + price of modules. Personally i use EMMA and eve-commander to calculate NAV. Ofcourse some items can't be valued properly but that doesnt bother me so much. It's more important how your NAV develops.
