Of the MD crowd, what is your personal NAV? Do you know somebody else with a higher NAV?

It's a free service, so the only real value would be the character/s?

3-4b is still above average I'd think.

You're not going to get any real answers to your question until someone brags a bit, at which point others will try to outdo that person. I don't know mine at the moment (precise counting started this morning for the first time in about 4-5 months) but I can say I know there are a fair few regular MD posters with 100bil plus. Cosmo has something along the lines of 200bil iirc (you can check that in his loan bond thread - perhaps it was 140 plus the bond). Veritech Knight recently posted about hitting the 100bil mark. And nearly a year ago a guy posted about hitting the 1 trillion mark and gave away a load of cash for suggestions as to what he should do with it (roughly the same time as Yih's thread, if you want to look it up). Bad Bobby now has something like a trillion, probably, but I don't know if that counts.
Also, F900EX has 300 trillion.
Edit - Other recently announced figures include: Grozen 30 something billion.

of those 100b+ I wonder how much is their own isk. I'd imagine a few of them would have that much from investors and bonds.
I'd be surprised if F9 actually had over 1.5 trillion. BB I could believe he has a Trillion maybe more.
So next in line would be cosmo with about 200b. Wonder if it's all his, or mixed with investors.
You'd think most of those elites would probably be hovering around 50-100b mark with a few in the higher 100-1t bracket.

Edit - RAW's alt here.
The ones I was thinking about specifically were people with their own money. There are A LOT in the 50-100 bracket and 100bil is not that hard to reach if you have time on your hands. That milestone took me about 6 months starting from 30mil (ok - there's the brag for you ) but I was a stay at home dad at the time. My income has declined rapidly since then along with my available ingame time and patience for eve's more boring but profitable aspects
Eve searching Cosmo's thread will give you the answer on his value.
Edit - Oh, and anyone who is a really old hand and was around in the early days of the T2 lotteries is quite likely swimming in isk.

I hit the 50b mark a while back but them blew most of it. Now I'm poor again and playing with public funds to refill the coffers.

I just realized that this thread is stupid.
Traders don't care about worth. They care about the price.
The role of the trader is to deceive about the worth, after all.
The question is better answered as: How much can you get selling all assets including your toon (and the MD rep that comes with it). That is all that matters. (alternatively, include how much you can cash in your rep)
I still hold that I'm worth the universe, but if anyone wants my toon for 100b, i could make compromises.

Nothing that interesting RAW...a bunch of plex, the Jita Bar and Grill called in my tab (2b in beer alone), bought a bunch of stock in Enron and T4U...
Mostly a good pvp char and a perty ship. Too bad I don't fly much.

Hello ladies,
Look at your wallet, now back to me, now back at your wallet, now back to me. Sadly your wallet isn't my wallet - but it could be, if you'd stop trading like ladies and pillage markets like real men.
Look down, back up. Where are you? You're in a ship, with the wallet your wallet could smell like. What's that in your hand? Back at me, I have it. It's a kestrel with 27 PLEX. Now look again, the plex are now titans.
Anything is possible when you pillage markets like a man.
I'm in a rifter.

It's high standings to pretty much anything. Just because it's free to use doesn't mean it doesn't have potential to make money, this is generally the basis on which companies are judged. See: Google, Facebook, etc.
Also in its current state it's got all the "cool points" of a good free service, and you can't really buy that with a crapton of money.
As for me, about 7B, given current commodity values. So not much given the kind of money that plays in this sandbox :P

Not really. The role of the trader is to offer some players liquidity (by buying the junk they want to sell off ASAP) and to offer other players useful products (by putting them back up on sell orders). The trader's compensation is the margin of mark-up that the market will bear at any given time.
The trader isn't "deceiving" anybody. Goods are worth what people will pay for them.

Some did it with Ore, but me thinks this is a snore.
To those who would steal, I think it's a bad deal.
For those with a scam, to heck with you be damned.
So bought and I sold, in areas that were bold.
If you ask me my net worth, well as of late my wallet has girth.
