Days like today when the server is down, would you like to add a couple of extra hours to the day? or would you prefer to have an extra day in the week? So, would you add an extra day? or extra hours? and what would you call the day or time? Thanks

And what about those that slept through the whole thing? Shoudl they get reimbusted? They didn't lose anything, they didn't get affected by it.

They seem to enjoy being charged a lot more for far less. I suppose it makes them feel as though they're getting a higher-quality product.
