hehe that was very fun hehe and i even partisaparted anad shot the gallente npc poilece and ther navy it was fun and we killed them all and thery dident come back i suspected they are NOW SCARED OF OUR NELY FORGED CALDARI FLEET hehe
Caldari will once again rise above the gallente and take back Caldari prime!

I was a fair event to be honest. Although some people could work on their Role Playing skills (Daniel). but haayy after reboot lets see what happens.
Stay in character guys.
PS/ was this a CCP / ISD / Aurora event or player organised? If it was only player organised, what a great event for you giys to pull off.

Ok, to clear up any confusion this is what happened. I was on the Caldari side of the issue, adn the IS might be a better place for this, but with as little editorializing as possible, here it is:
Caldari gathered at Caldari Prime in Luminaire for a peaceful demonstration of mourning for those killed in the Gallente-Caldari war. Among those who arrived were Jera, well known Caldari Nationalist and CEO of Drink Starsi, and Kehmor of the Venal Rangers. Jera has a very low standing with the Gallente Federation, and Kehmor is an outlaw. When they arrived they were both attacked by the Gallente Navy forces present at Caldari Prime(incidentally, Jera made it the whole way there through Gallente space in a badger, i bow to her piloting skills.) Thier ships were destroyed. They both made it clear that thier wish was for it to end there, with the protest going on, and so It should have.
However...
Several of the pilots present, understandably(even though I disagree with thier actions), retaliated against the Gallente Navy for this outrage(/me slaps himself, no editorializing!!). After several minutes and ship losses on both sides, the Caldari who attacked the Navy were still there, and the Galletne Navy was not there.
Now, on a personal note, I think its unfortunate that this occured, both that the Gallente navy attacked, and that there was a counter attack from what should have been a peaceful protest. I would like to note that I don't believe that the majority of the pilots present attacked the Navy, and that even though it may have seemed to be ruined, I want to commend those pilots that restrained themselves for remembering what the event was supposed to be about.

Caldari = Kill my Brother/Sister I'll slap your face, well thats what my race means to me, and it always will.
Might I add relations were not helped by the Gallente amoung us at Caldari Prime either, althought at the same time i can not condone the actions of some of the Caldari there either. everyone needs to take a step back and look at what happened tonite.
We were assembled to mourne loses and again the Caldari race suffered more loses(althought we did have some Gallente Navy over) we also lost ships and standings even though the Gallente Navy atacked us during a peaeful service.
Think about it the Gallente Navy have no respect for the Caldari race as a whole. I for one will no longer carry out any of their mission to haul their crap around space.

hehe But still this is the first time i have ever been in a fleet battle on tranquility and it was very fun and actualy it feeled like RP to me very munch cause we were at Caldari Prime etc we kicked the gallente butt's they dident return so we won that battle hehe CALDARI RULZ

obiesly no one bothered telling us Gallente Nationals that there was going to be a fight (or that a protest was even scheduled) if anyone had I would have been there to protest the Piracy commited by the Caldari citezens towards us Peace loving Gallante
I am against the Caldari-Gallente Hatred although my Parents was attacked by Caldari in the past when traveling peacefully in Caldari space and would have been part of any peacefull protest to this hatred

First of all G4ce, I was there in support of a peaceful demonstration. When I got there all I saw was a massacre against my own people, with about 5-10 Ravens shooting about 1 or 2 Dominixes at most, and although the Military had no right to attack Jera, that does not give some people like Daniel Jackson the right to start shouting 'KILL ALL GALLENTE', 'GALLENTE SHOULD ALL DIE!!!'. How the hell would you think we feel?
Second of all G4ce, you should have also looked at what happened. DUI Bet actually attacked the Navy Sergeant that destroyed Jera first (he's got the log of his ship being shot down by the navy to prove it). To tell him to die and call him Gallente scum when he is in fact a Caldari Civire betting organiser who went out of his way to attack the Caldari navy in response to the attack on Jera, losing his own Merlin in the process, is very harsh. Say what you think about my people, but don't criticize Caldari that work for a Gallente corporation that actively supports Caldari events as well.
Besides, you've used DUI services in the past, so don't tell us to die, you wouldn't be able to win stuff anymore...

Members of both sides died that day, not just Caldari.
The actions of The Rising Storm corporation were pretty intolerable too - insulting the Caldari on a day when the monument should be respected... leaving messages on jetcans around the monument.
We Gallente should be mourning the undesirable and pointless deaths of at least 1 Caldari pilot and at least 3 crews of the Gallente police who should not have been ordered, in my opinion, to interfere with a peaceful gathering.
