This is an auction for the first batch of 10 Modulated Strip Miner IIs I'm building. Stats
Pleaste state how many you are bidding for and how much you bid for each.
For example "3 @ 5M/each"
10 highest bids will get miners.
Min bid: 5M
Min incease: 1M
Autcion ends: Tuseday @ 22:00 GMT
Sniper rule: 5 min
The miners will be availabe on escrow in Amarr.

then i might buy them
but without crystals the price is bit high

I'm afraid I do not have any ore crystals; they will be produced by others soon I am sure (or by me if my agent knows what is best for him ;)
5M is actually quite cheap btw, since the cost of the strip miner I (which is needed for this item) is 3M by itself.
Cheapest ingame market price is also 35M IIRC, and demand is likely to rise steeply on this module.

demand will raise but let¦s hope ccp releases some more bpo¦s of them and hopfully enough mining crystal bpo¦s to get them too.
the only prob with those laser¦s is the mine less as normal strip miner without htose crystal¦s
but good luck with selling them and if you have some crystals i come back to you

A note on the ore crystals, they are fitted with veld-crystals for starters, isn't that so?

While the description on the lasers do indeed read "While it does come with a built in Veldspar mining crystal most serious miners will probably want to invest in more useful crystals appropriate for the job at hand. " this does not seem to be the case.
I tried them and it seems they will mine any ore, veld, scord, pyro etc, but that they don't have any special bonus for veldspar. I will bug report/petition it. Crystals will probably fix this when they get out tho, but it is still annoying.

atm, its like this:
3 @ 13M to Camaro
2 @ 12 to Zedien
3 @ 11 to Scherbe
3 @ 10 to Ravenslock
now all that can calculate, se that this is 11 units, not 10 :D

Ok, lets clear things up then (I agree some of the bidders might be a bit confused; maybe I could have been clearer in my initial post). Here goes:
*Camaro, 3 @13M
*Zedien, 2 @12M
*Scherbe, 3 @11M
*Ravenslock 3 @10M (or rather an option to buy the last two, since there where only 10 lasers in the auction)
Those are the top 10 bids = those are the ones in the lead.
That being said, I will probably be able to throw in an extra laser or two, should interest be high enough (so for example Ravenslock could get his 3 desired lasers).
Lowest bid is now 10M - that is the one you *at least* have to outbid. That bid is only good for 3 lasers though; so if you want more, you will have to outbid the persons in higher in the que. Does it make sense now?
Still confused? Please let me know and I will try to sort things out!
PS: Camaro - you did outbid yourself once :)
