LDC Is based on honesty, trust and teamwork.
Lost Dawn Chaos consists of an attitude that your real life always comes first. The attitude of no lifer ceo's/guild leaders that you have to be on a certain time, is downright rude. You pay for your game time so why should you log on when other people tell you to? Arrange your real life around your online world? You shouldnt, EvE Online is a game, i intend to play it that way whislt keeping my real life out of it. I am seeking like minded people.
Please bear in mind that relocation to the HQ of the corp is required for team work etc.
***New Player Packages*** We offer new players as an incentive to join us, your first mining barge (Retriever) free of charge on loan. Once you reach the covetor we ask that the barge is handed back to the corp for new players joining us to benifit from the scheme. We also offer your first cruiser for free as yours to keep, if you loose the cruiser, we will not hand another out. ***New Player Packages***
Incursions - The alliance we are part of runs incursions between 23:00-02:00 each day, mails go out telling you were you need to be and you MUST have Mumble for these incursion fleets (Alliance rules, whilst the corp will use ts3 for fleets, alliance fleets use Mumble). The Incursion fleets use Shield setups so armour ships are no good (altho we are hopeing to form corp fleets were we can be dynamic in this area).
Missions - We run missions in Amarr space. So if this is your fortie, you will need to relocate to this area. We have access to level 4's and we hope when we have the strength we can do Level 5's in low sec for more ISK making oppertunities. On corp mission fleets we do take the loot and salvage from the level 4's for corp building projects and to maintain a steady increase. This is only on corp mission fleets, so fleeting with corp members doesn't mean you will have to give your loot and Salvage up.
Mining - We mine with Orca support and with guards if needed. We do three arranged mining ops a week, the shares of these ops are as follows. 2 x ops are 75% shared out amongst the miners with 25% going to corp, the third op is 50/50 split between the miners and the corporation. The minerals are used to purchase and stock frigates/cruisers for PvP roams if people need them. We also build multiple ships and modules which can be brought from the corp for discounted prices. We also offer a corp buy back scheme on minerals at -10% of Jita prices, this can flunctate depending on market prices.
Exploration - At this present point we are doing Wormhole raids twice a week on C1/C2 sleeper sites, we are not presently mining in wormholes altho this is a future goal of the corp to set up a division within a wormhole. We will also partake in c3/c4 wormhole PvP if the oppertunity presents itself. We also scan down and run Rat sites and DED complexes in high sec, we are again looking as we grow in strength to persure this into low sec aswell.
PvP - At present the corporation does not a have serious view on PvP prefering to do *fun runs* into low sec in Cruiser/Frigate fleets. We will always have a fun view towards PvP. Kill stats do not bother us as such, but of course if you loose your ship for no reason, we will have a word and advise you how to avoid this. The endgame for PvP as we grow in strength is to run battlecruiser/t3 cruiser fleets with logistical support. We do want to form a serious PvP wing within the corporation in the future.
Synopsis
LDC is looking to create a multi-wing corporation were all players are welcome no matter what skill/learning level you are at. Where you can learn your specific field at your own pace and be part of a team and not just another number within the corporation.
The interview process is three fold and you will be required to complete this, step 1 is a quick chat, step 2 is you filling out our ingame questionaire (we afraid this is not optional) and step three is a ts3 chat about your Application and your API key.
So if this is the kind of corporation you feel you want to be part of, where you can grow into EvE Online or even as a vet and like to help new players or simply FC ops

Great group of people here so far with a relaxed attitude of treating the game as a game, being friendly and willing to help eachother out.
No mandatory ops but lots of them are being organized in all aspects the game has to offer so you won't get bored :)
The CEO has experience in running a corp from when he played in the past, has a clear vision on where to take the corp from here and is doing a great job so far.
I have personally allways wanted to help build a corp from the ground up and make something out of it and judging on how well things are already going with a corp this new it seems that this might finally be the one ^^
So if the post of the CEO appeals to you I'd say take a few minutes of your time to have a chat with him as chances are this might just be the corp for you ;) |
