I have been flying lvl 4 mission for a while now, both in Caldari and Amarr space, and now I want to try something new, mainly because I am tired of the randomness in standard mission running.
So far I am almost done with the Amarr Epic Arc, Right to Rule, and have my eyes set on the COSMOS missions at the next target. I dont care about the reward, I just want to say that I have done then.
So my question is what ship to complete them in?
I have done some seaching in on there forums, going 10 pages back both here in Missions and in Ships/fits but cant seem to find anything.
Can a Harbinger cut it? Should I try a AF (possibly a Vengeance) or do I need something bigger?
Thank you in advance and yes, I admit, I am still a carebear with both a huge C and B --- I think violence in games only causes violence in real life if the person in question has an insufficient mental capacity to deal with the real world in the first place |

I've only completed the level 3 and lower Amarr Cosmos Agent missions.
Depending on the mission, I used either a Heavy Assault Cruiser or Battle Cruiser for most of the Deadspace encounters and sometimes a Force Recon Cruiser. I also used the Force Recon Cruiser for most of the missions that sent me into the Cosmos DED complexes and the small courier missions. I used a Blockade Runner or Industrial Transport for the larger courier missions. If it was a Courier into or through low sec, Force Recon Cruiser or Blockade Runner fitted with Covert Ops cloak.
I'm thinking that a T3 Cruiser should be ok for the level 4 Cosmos Agent missions.

This might be a noobish question but can HACs go into places restricted to normal cruisers? --- I think violence in games only causes violence in real life if the person in question has an insufficient mental capacity to deal with the real world in the first place |

I didn't have any problems with the ships I used. The agent briefing will let you know what ship class is allowed. Some of the DED plexes do have a specific ship class allowed which will let you know at the gate leading in or can check the map, also the guides usually say which ship to use.

I just finished about a 20 COSMOS missions for Minmatar 2 days ago - I used a Muninn to do them all in, so yes, a HAC is fine and is better than a BC imo.

I do almost all Amarr COSMOS mission and some Amarr EPICs in Drake, but lost 2 Drakes in 2 Amarr missions in fith stage Contested Amarr Bastion of Blood. 577 omni tank was not sufficient to tank 3 BS, 4 BC, 4 Cruiser, 8 dessie, 3 frigs (all almost instant respawn)
i think that all t2 highly skilled Drake (not as my 7 mln skill points Jack of all trades) can do ALL Amarr missions (Amarrs are only BC no cruiser restricted)
