This will in essence be a continuation of my last bond to include a larger working capital and a reduced interest rate. Price of bond - 100 million each Number of bonds - 150 Interest - 6% per month (paid 1.5% weekly) Length - 1 month (4 weeks) Start date - Upon receipt of all ISK Collateral - None Reports - Minimum of an end of bond report Audit - No Chapter 2 - Purpose of the Rykker Bond #4 Rykker Bow bond #1 - (3 Billion) February 2010 Rykker Bow bond #2 - (8 Billion) April 2010 Rykker Bow bond #4 - (8 Billion) September 2010 This will be my fourth public bond and the general purpose will be a continuation of the previous bond. This bond will use both public and personal funds at 15 billion public funds and 15 billion personal funds for a total of 30 billion. There will not be an audit for this bond but will certainly reconsider pending public reaction. I did attempt to obtain an auditor for this bond last week but one did not respond and the other was unable due to high work load. Audits for my first two bonds can be viewed in the above links. Chapter 3 - Background IÆve had profitable trading experience at Jita and thatÆs where I plan to stay for the foreseeable future. IÆve also had experience in handling simultaneous trading ventures in the 20-50 billion range and do not see this venture as a strain on my time or abilities. All previous bonds revolved around station trading and contract trading. Chapter 4 - Business Plan Station trading and contract trading. Public funds will be used in buy low/sell high strategy along with market manipulations and short time speculation to maximize profits. This venture will be two part as in the last bond with 15 billion in public funds and 15 billion in personal funds for a total of 30 billion. The full 30 billion used in this bond will be kept separate from any personal investments or business ventures should any opportunities come up during this bond. Chapter 5 - Statement of Assets Liquid (trade orders, stock and ISK) = ~24 billion Assets (ships, equipment, etc.) = ~1 billion

Burned out - always a possibility. Previous trading ventures have gone 4+ months so this length of continuous trading will not be new territory for me. Unable to handle or use the 30 billion in public and personal funds is not likely as my last three trading ventures were in the 20-50 billion range. Scam. Again, always a possibility. I can only state that IÆve felt that scamming others is in very poor taste. RL accidents. Should something unfortunate happen I'm sure I'll be able to get a message out to the forums from wherever I end up and even make arrangements to have the funds transferred. Should something even more unfortunate happen where communications are not possible....then you'll have to wait till I come out of my coma or become reincarnated or whatever. Lets face it, if something like that does happen and a message of 'he's in a coma' comes to the forums it's going to have scam written all over it whether it's true or not. The chances of that happening in the next month or two are pretty darn remote. Ganking, wardec. N/A - IÆll be at the 'Jita Bar and Grill' drinking Bud's and eating cheeseburgers once again. Chapter 7 - Exit Strategy If trading does not go as expected or sudden circumstances prohibit me from further trading then current buy orders will be slowed or stopped and all interest will be paid as if the bond had reached it's completion and all ISK from the bond returned to investors. Rykker Bow Gallente Cordite Industries	Posted - 2010.10.16 03:36:00 - [23] Edited by: Rykker Bow on 16/10/2010 03:37:48 Week one of the Rykker Bond #4 is now finished and interest has been paid out. current NAV of 34.4B (less 30B for public/private funds in use) = 4.4B profits and a daily profit of 630M over the first week profit sharing current total 660M I've started trading some new items in Jita in addition to my regular items and used a couple of alts to trade a few items in some trade hubs. I was hoping to hit 5b+ the first week. The alts accounted for approximately 25% of the profits this week which was a pleasant surprise as I was trading in only around 10-15 items. I'll keep track of the profit sharing amount to be paid out at the end of the bond with the weekly reports. Amount of time at the keyboard is about less than the last bond but the higher number of items traded helped keep the profits steady. Like in my previous bonds, I'll be slowly shortening the amount of time I spend at the keyboard as the weeks go by so as to save my sanity Regards - Rykker

I haven't been able to put as much time into station trading as I'd like this week but some speculation items paid off nicely which helped out. Thanks to everyone for their trust and I'm glad everyone could make a little money. The patch slowed trading down considerably and profits for the final week have been low and unfortunatly the goal of 2 billion in profit sharing fell a little short. Profit sharing amounts came to a total of 1.905 Billion at 54.4m per share with 35 shares payed out to 25 different players. Thanks for those who stayed with me over the months and I'm glad I can give some back to those whom I've earned their trust. There were a couple of you who invested in 3 bonds and congrats to everyone on the nice payday Future plans will include a smaller bond in the next week or two for the continuation of station trading. A substantial part of my wallet is going towards the growth of a new business and a new bond will be needed to keep the station trading side going smoothly. There will not be a profit sharing added to it but rather a larger than normal interest rate for this size/type of bond. I won't be taking early reservations so keep an eye out for it.
