At 23:26 EVE Time, the United Nations Council For The Assistance of the Citizens of New Eden passed a proposal (213-2: United States and Israel the negative parties) for the United Nations to intervene in the central Deklein region of space. The party involved in the reception of aid is an entity knows as "OWN Alliance". The people of this country are ruled by a a dictator that is entirely unconcerned with the well-being of the citizens of his nation. The people live impoverished, unable to receive any sort of recourse for the vessels lost in combat engagements.
To aid in this issue, the The United Nations has approved an aid flotilla consisting of members of Test Alliance Please Ignore to CU9 in an effort to relieve the citizens of OWN Alliance. This flotilla will be carrying construction parts, water, food, livestock, and other commodities essential to basic living. Hopefully, by alleviating the need for the members of OWN Alliance to devote resources to their basic living, the citizens of this impoverished nation will be able to raise their standard of living to that of other spacefaring nations.
This will not be an easy task; the dictator of OWN Alliance has already ordered a no-contact policy for all members of OWN Alliance against interaction with members of the TEST Alliance Please Ignore aid flotilla. However, the flotilla has already arrived in the OWN Alliance capital and is currently distributing medicine, food and various supplies to the citizens in need of it most. We expect a full aid distribution infrastructure to be in place within the next fourteen days.
The dictator of OWN Alliance imposes draconian taxes on the citizens of his nation. Monthly dues, office rent, and other fees/costs are all imposed on members of the nation, and while taking such exorbitant fees, the dictator refuses to implement any infrastructure. The United Nations believes that these systems are essential to the survival of any spacefaring society. These underdeveloped systems include, but are not limited to; ship replacement, industrial assistance programs, and resource allocation infrastructure.
The United Nations is consistently committed to ensuring that all citizens of New Eden are cared for at a basic level; we feel it is our duty to assist developing spacefaring nations and ensure their ability to support themselves is stable.

Funny, first BCA leadership was "bad" now own? You could at least wait a month so it's not so obvious and maybe come up with a different reason, I wonder how long till TNT leadership turns "bad"
When is goons going to align with IT and make a move on other NC members?

Just a couple of notes here.
1) When an alliance is bringing in 45bil a month from tech moons alone, but has absolutely no reimbursement except for a couple of ships, there is something seriously wrong with their leadership.
2) We're not Goons.
Rifters are just big bullets.
Sometimes I equip autocannons to them so I can shoot stuff.
Sometimes I even bring ammo for my autocannons. |

Goons != Test.
I realize that when written down on paper the word Goon, if you squint a bit, turn your head sideways, hop up and down on one leg, while getting drunk and riding on a roller coaster almost looks like the word Test so I figured I'd just clarify that for you.

We aren't shooting any blues. Quite the opposite, we have already ejected from and donated numerous ships and have cans with valuable supplies anchored outside the station. We are also reimbursing OWN pilots since their alliance apparently doesn't care enough to.

Our peaceful hauler flotilla only brings basic supplies for the people of OWN.
We encourage other alliances to give supplies and sustenance to the people of OWN. I think we can all agree that, regardless of your feelings toward OWN, there are basic standards of living which each human is entitled to.

Some information:
OWN has 6 Technetium moons and 1 Neodymium moon.
They collect the following dues from every member corporation:
Corporation payment structure:
Corp Dues are to be payed to the Alliance holding corp on or before the 1st of every month.
1-25 members = 200 mill isk per month
26-75 members = 250 mill isk per month
76-125 members = 300 mill isk per month
126-175 members = 350 mill isk per month
This is in addition to the 100 million ISK / mo office fees they charge to every corporation. To be fair, that is a pretty common office rental fee though.
They collect all of this money, but at the alliance level they only reimburse interdictors and logistics.
This is somewhere in the area of 30b-45b in alliance income, while doubtfully paying out anymore then 5-10b in reimbursements / sov costs.
I invite OWN to correct any of these numbers.

I did go to the OWN leadership first, they brushed it off and said "We are 2 years old we deserve these nice things".
Most of the OWN membership doesn't even seem to be aware they have moons or how much money they are generating.

And it's Test/goons job to police political inner workings of another alliance that you call friends.
How long till TNT's leadership is under the microscope and deemed they are screwing it's members in order for you to recruit them.
Must say your underhanded dealings with your "friends" is obvious and I find it funny you would try this with a second alliance not 1 month apart expecting people not to notice.

Test Alliance is a beacon of light in the darkness that has befallen the people of OWN. The children of OWN line the streets to greet the TAFSA aid workers. I do believe that BCA's leadership was trying to say that Goon and us were doing nothing to help them expand, when we'd actually opened up all of our space for them to rat in. They then made threats about interfering in our campaign against Evoke, so the got evicted, because who needs blues like that?
This here is about the fact that OWN alliance seems to be making ****loads of money and not giving it back to it's member corps, so it seems kinda fishy, and Test alliance felt it to be our duty to point this out to them. They're not being forcibly removed from Deklein, they're still blue, and I hope will remain so. So your fears about us taking over the whole of the galaxy are unfounded.
LOL JUST KIDDING, TNT is next, and then the Goons. TEST WILL OWN THE ENTIRE GALAXY. MWHAHAHAHAHAHA.
