Confirming I am the supreme overlord of 25 planets, there population caters to my every whim, creating thousands of m3 of valuable assets daily... but it's a bit of a choir actually.

There are lazer interfaces that exists which uses your pupils movements and eye lids movements to send specific signals to a computer;
Might cost you in the neighborhood of 750 plex or some like that.

Resetting all extractors with one click will probably lead to prices falling through the floor for all PI related goods. It'll be so easy that a large number of original PI-haters will start doing it again. More stuff being produced more easily = drop in prices.

I personally run 35 planets and let me tell you the clicking is a pain in the rear end, I believe Pi should be comfortable if you have 5 planets or 100 planets.
I am hoping there will be a 1 click option to set "ALL" extractors going on a desired time frame on a patch not too far from now.
It's not CCP's responsibility to run an ergonomic check on your home computer setup. You opt to play, it is your responsibility to make sure repetative motion from your own choices do not hamper your health.
Seriously, what next? Compaining to pron sites because you get wrist injures from visiting those sites too much? Grow up.

While I will say that PI in it's currently over-clicky state is bad, complaining that a video game is making your wrist hurt and causing medical problems is just beyond believability. If your wrists are really as dainty as you claim them to be, then playing a video game is the least of your problems.

Yeah I have 5 planets and thats enough tbh. The daily 29 jump round trip to pick all the stuff up is also enough for me.
I really can't imagine trying to do PI on multiple accounts. Its simply not fun and the time spent is better off used for other things - like making real life money.
