It's really 83,250 a year, with a 20% or 25% bonus every February. but I've seen the check stubs. Thats one hell of a lot of money to get in 1 month. and I'm not talking about February either.

In all honesty, my plan is to work for a while while still living in a cheap apartment and eating cheap food, and hopefully ~5 years later have enough to start my own business, Start trading stock and such. I believe my 20 year old friend regularly makes 200-300 dollars overnight. Stock seems like a good investment if you know what your doing, He did lose 50 grand when Fannie May or however you spell it crashed, but hes made it back already.

If it makes you feel better, I plan on starting a revolution and replacing the CEOs and other ultra-rich people who control this country with ultra democratically elected politicians... But thats a different story.

I would say your options are fairly limited. Also, moving to another country is hard work, as you tend not to get citizenship for quite a while, unless of course you have lots of money.

Also, I'ma piggy-back off your thread, because I was planning on studying abroad for a Summer, and want to go somewhere in Europe, but don't know exactly where I want to go. Spain is nice, Germany and the Netherlands seem like fun places, but I don't speak any European languages. I couldn't stand going back to Japan again for a summer, so I really would like to study in Europe... Any hints,people?


EDIT: Also, that planned revolution is mostly just to watch the fundies burn. I don't want any real responsibility for a country, just want to burn the idiots who have to much power over this country's direction.

Why the money ****ing contest? You DO know that your life can still suck even though you may make tons of money, right? The only place in the world where you live significantly better than everyone else if you're rich is in the US. That's why everyone in the US wants to be rich is because life for everyone else sucks ass; it's the only option for improving your life.

You don't need tons of money to live well, nor does it somehow increase your intellect or culture. In fact, I find the opposite is true.
