Special ability: 90% cpu need reduction on covert ops cloaking device module. 5% bonus to inertia (for faster warping) per covert ops industrial skill level Skills: Covert ops industrial, electronics upgrade 5, industrial 5, evasive maneuvering 5(?) Cargo: Average Speed: Average Slots: at least 1 utility slot for the cloak module, mids and lows same as regular indies. comments welcome
