I really like its design as a gunboat. It's very commanding. But now that you mention it, this would be a fantastic design for a drone carrier. |

It makes me wish for a visual upgrade of the other ships, kind of like the Naga... especially some Caldari frigs are very ugly.

I like how the Thorax lines looks.
Specifically how they look like both sharks and a civilian pleasure cruiser at the same time. Like the designers converted it from a liner to a killer in the design process for a military contract.

You got my vote, the Nyx was, is, and will be my favorite ship in EVE, though I will never fly one now due to the loss of non-fighter/bombers. |

The new Nemesis hull is awesome. I'd probably put it up at the top if I had to choose from frigate class ships. With the Purifier next in line. Those two hull rebuilds really came out nicely.
I like the Myrm too, as well as the Prophecy.
Still think the Ark is the top though. It's just beautiful. :)

Before Coming Patch......Machariel, Rattlesnake, Legion, Navy Armageddon, Nemesis.
After coming Patch.........Not longer the Machariel ( since it gets shrunk down beeing just like all other Battleships in size it looses the 'Woaah effect' and looses for me the Apealing ) so Will after Patch coming out be my Favorite Ships Rattlesnake, Legion, Navy Armageddon and a few others........but i'll still fly the Machariel just cause it still keeps its usefullness for PvE and PvP even if the 'wooah Big' effect is gone sadly

Mentor battlecruiser (aka "Oracle") is my favourite in terms of pure aesthetics.
I am partial to the Moa/Gila though. It's bizarre enough that it looks futuristic/fantastic and totally alien in design to what we might expect spaceships to look like (i.e: Foss paintings from old science fiction magazines). I like asymmetrical, even though my first preference for looks is the Oracle.

I'm one of the few guys that will raise his hand for the Aeon. Having flown it on SiSi during the Dominion testing I gotta say it's won me over. It's given me a feel of ti really being a mobile battlestation with many decks of fighters and military personnel on board.

A lot of the ships looked better in the original engine, because their colour schemes stood out more , like jet black CNR and bright pink and white Lachesis.

Mach for me. When I was a newb, I was heading toward a gate (before warp to zero so I had a minute between each jump) on my way to a new agent and a mach warped in at the right angle to occlude the sun and come within about 5km or so of my frig. It was HUGE and mean looking! I decided then and there that I was going to train for one  . I wish I woulda FRAPS'd that lol.
Besides the Mach, Nyx, Tempest, All Minmatar Cap/Supers, Cyclone, Megathron, Rifter, new Manticore, both new and old Hound. Hell, the ones I don't like would be a shorter list lol. |

Hi,
Possible controversial but I'm a really big fan of the Mammoth and it's T2 version.
It kind of reminds me of the Battlestar Galactica, in a good way.
There's an old tale that The Mammoth and The Typhoon were model swapped sometime during the Alpha of EVE; I've no idea if that's true or not, but the Typhoon looks more like a hauler then the Mammoth does.
After that, Cruor and Ashimmu are my favourites. I wish the Bhaalgorn had a custom model though
