I know that guy, it's a friend to me, im sure it's a misunderstanding, when a lot of ppl send you money it's easy for forget one. anyway I'm very busy atm but if you send me like 20 mil i will make sure he send you your 100 mil, you still get a 70 mil profit.

Hello Jian Mira. Welcome to EVE. I hope this negative reaction you have received from the forums hasn't put you off of this game, it really is quite unique amongst all of the MMOs out there, and grants you far more freedom than any other MMO out there. Because of this freedom, many people decide to take
First of all, let me give you some advice. EVE is a cold, harsh universe where bad things happen. Always try to apply a bit of common sense. If something feels weird or seems off, listen to your gut and stay away from that something. For example in this case, you have some guy who is giving away free ISK, but for some reason requires you to give them ISK first before giving away free ISK.
You wouldn't bother paying attention to someone representing the government of some third world country that has just experienced political turmoil and untold riches WILL BE YOURS if you simply give them your credit card number, social security number and $5000. Would you?
Second: Crime and Punishment is not a friendly place to post in. It's mostly about the crime, and punishing those who fall victim to those crimes. True, this is the correct forum to warn people about scams, but the people who frequent this topic find nothing more pleasing than to ridicule you for your thoughtlessness and noobishness.
Third, what you are describing is perhaps the most common scam in all of EVE. It is very well known, which is why you are receiving such ridicule on these forums. Realizing that this is a scam is pretty much second nature to all of us here. EVE Online has a lot of Darwinian selection going on, so it's best that you pick up on this ASAP.
Fourth, there are many, MANY scams in EVE. Anytime money leaves your wallet, presume that you will never see that money again. Furthermore if you are about to accept a contract, look over it very carefully. Is the item being offered really the item that you are expecting? Double check the all of the terms to make sure that they are EXACTLY what they are supposed to be. Many people use contracts to scam people by having a cheap item masquerade as an expensive item (e.g. A contract advertised as selling a navy raven for relatively cheap price, but is in fact really a normal raven which is worth a fraction of a navy raven).
Fifth, count yourself lucky that you learned this lesson early, before it could do any real lasting harm. People who never had the chance to learn this lesson eventually learn it in a much more painful fashion. Imagine losing BILLIONS of ISK to something like this. Although most of the scams where you lose billions of ISK are investment scams on the Market Discussion forums (see Titans4U scam, Ebank (granted, the only one who did the scamming there was Ricdic), EIB, Curzon Dax, etc etc).
Sixth, the only person you can truly trust in EVE is Chribba. And if he ever DOES scam someone, either no one will believe it, or he will be loved for it.
