We just finished conquering the regions of Delve and Querious and we are currently about to finish Period Basis. Please bear with us while we remove the previous occupants and make these new regions fit for occupation with new jump bridges and IHub upgrades. The Serpentis NPC constellation is a goldmine in itself, as the constellation offers levels 1-4 Serpentis Corporation and Angel Cartel mission agents. These two pirate factions provide the best Loyalty Point to isk conversion ratio in the game, with such things as slave implants being available in their LP stores.

just because it's the CFC doesn't mean that everything is a bloody scam.

Why would anyone pay them rent? Just go in and do what you like.

Funny how they couldnt take 3 regions without having the cfc and pl hold there hands...

The standings between CFC and HBC are dependent on how close they are. On opposite sides of the map, they claim to be separate entities, but the closer they get to each other; a strong royal blue in standings emerges. As much as you want the rest of EVE to think you are two completely different entities, no one is buying it.

Still, being surrounded by so many targets means I don't have waste time traveling to find some nerds to blap.

We contacted them about it in the idea of renting off them, former NC renter (we didn't tell them that )

They wanted 4.5 billion up front. We offered to pay first and the end of the month and the second month in advance after this.

I was undecided if it was a scam or not, but you take all the risk and they dont

Montolio sounded like he was giving birth as he struggled over why TEST arenGÇÖt douche bags for renting space but GÇôA- isGǪ Now you got a couple hundred TEST pilots running around EVE scamming small corps, pilots, and Alliances that might want a chance to go out to 0.0GǪ..

Hey btw, smart idea not renting out specific constellations, or systems to renters. IGÇÖm sure that after each one pays the steep rental bill they are going to be very excited to find TEST ratters in the best systems all the timeGǪGǪGǪ.GÇ¥Sorry m8, cant rat here move along to the crappy sec systems along the pipe to GÇôA- spaceGÇ¥GǪ

I also loved the part on the SOTA where Shadoo made it sound like taking D/Q/PB was the most incredible even he had ever seen in EVE.. Pretty amazing **** to simply call Goonies and the other 10 Alliances in the north, to come down and camp GÇôA- into a station so you can shoot structures uncontestedGǪGǪ epicGǪ.

Props to Shadoo for realizing that he needed serve up the biggest load of **** he could during that speech. Defending on three frontsGǪ Now heGÇÖs on to serious business of not allowing GÇôA- to go elsewhere to fight in CurseGǪGǪ. You going to show GÇôA- whose GÇ£BossGÇ¥ by taking systems in CatchGǪGǪGǪ.because they are GÇ£Evil RentersGÇ¥ stillGǪGǪGǪ.

Question: Why would GÇôA- bother fighting you when all you will do is call Goonies if it got dificult for you?

Not to mention it's first-come-first serve per anomaly and TEST doesn't get higher priority than blues do for them, you sure did your research snot.
