So I have been doing some thinking while playing eve. I am a CEO of my corporation which is a industry corporation. But one thing I have noticed while playing the game and doing some research.. There are NO programs or even spreadsheets for excel on here to help manage payouts of Mining ops.... Well this will HOPEFULLY remedy someone's problem with this as it has mine. I put about 3 hours into this so Enjoy it like I do.
First I shall Explain what it does and how it does this. Its pretty self explanatory in the subject title, but It takes everyone in the op including the Orca pilot or pilots into consideration. Basically It will give you the payout for that person based on what they come with to offer to the mining operation. And gives Orca pilots a percentage based on a Hulk with 2 MLU's on using t2 lasers and t2 crystals. Now It also can calculate a Corporation/Alliance tax. Say you do mining ops with a 10% goes straight to corp fee. This will calculate that as well.
To setup this properly you must do the following steps with all members in the fleet that will be mining. This can be done once the op has started. 1. Put ever pilot in the mining ops names into the spreadsheet once you start the op with the Orca pilot in the first slot. 2. Have them be flying in space in the fleet with the Orca pilot giving the mining bonuses. 3. Ask them to right click the laser/strip miner they have equipped and go to the info. 4. Ask them what the Cycle Time says. Take that info and plug it into the chart on the proper pilot. 5. Ask them what the M3 per Cycle is. Plug this into the spreadsheet in the proper place for that pilot. 6. Ask them how many lasers/strip miners they have equipped. Plug that into the proper place for the proper pilot under either the lasers or strips column. If they have lasers have a 0 in the strip column and same if they have strips but a 0 in the lasers part. 7. Once that is done put in whatever the corp tax will be in the corp tax box. Exp- if its 5% type 5 and press enter.
Once that is done for each pilot the Spreadsheet is ready to be used. You can then mine it up but if you get another member or one leaves what you will do is put into the spreadsheet the ore amount you have mined thus far into the part at the bottom of the spreadsheet under the character list then open a fresh excel page. Copy and paste the first page to this new page. Then add or remove the member that joined or left and clear out the data in the list of ore mined thus far. Do this each time a new member joins or leaves to keep accurate records.
By doing this you will have a accurate payout for each ore in either isk or Unrefined Ore for each member that mined at any givin time even taking into count who left or when someone joined. Now the isk value of this ore changes from region to region so what you can do is at the bottom right beside the Ore mined columns there is a Ore Isk value column. You can go thru and look at the eve market and update this information as needed to keep this accurate.
I hope this helps you in your endevors as much as it has me and if you wish to show your gratitude you can send isk to Mad D0g'sOwner :) althou I serously doubt to see any isk lolol But yeah. Enjoy and give me some feed back.

Wrong. There are actually several other programs AND spreadsheets.
Besides that, your version is very nice, accurate and simple. The ONLY thing missing in my oppinion, is a field for each member regarding time spent in the Mining Op.
That way you only need 1 sheet/page per Mining Op. Of course you also need to make someone watch when members enter/exit the fleet, but it's actually doable, and much faster than making a new sheet/page etc.
Good work and thanx for sharing!

me and my corpmates made one that pays per hour for mining, so it helps rookies out. say you have 25 retrievers and 15 hulks mining (pretty common for us, when we actually bother not mucking around in lowsec) and a few ospreys and maybe a bantam, everyone gets paid 3mil/hr no matter how much ore they mine
we use a channel to clock in/ clock out then divide the sell rate of the ore by the total hours worked by everyone, then multiply that number by the individual hours and BAM you're all done
message me if you want a copy of it or if youre interested at all
