3 of us ranging from 20mill SP to 60 mill SP are looking for a change. We have 3K in kills between us (1500/1000/500). We aren't LEET or anything and just enjoy the pew. We are 0.0 nubs having spent little time their during our EVE careers. Our motivation for moving to 0.0 is three fold:
1. We have been either inactive or barley active for a couple months and need a change
2. We want to be able to PVE enough to pay for decent ships and mods plus game time (Sec status improvement would be a change)
3. We desire to continue PVPing in medium to small scale engagements
We have one cap pilot with ships (Dread / Carrier). We are all flashy red due years of low sec griefing. We will pull our own weight and join in the pew pew fun. We have no issues providing APIs and anal cavity searches as long as there is lube. We join as a group but earn our keep as individuals.
A corp that would be a good fit for us would have the following attributes-
1. Active during US TZ
2. Enjoy well crafted fleets and small to medium engagements
3. RL first for real (We all have jobs and personal lives that limit our game time)
4. Decent ratting and plexing grounds
5. Minimal BS and no corp drama
6. Mature leadership
7. Sense of humor and emo free

Hello Shank, I understand what you are looking for and many may have what you are looking for; I want to give my part in this post to let you know how our corporation and alliance does things in our null sec home in cobalt edge region. Corporation is No Option, Alliance is Intrepid Crossing(IRC). We are enemy to NC and anyone on their side, we are blue to SOLAR, Red Alliance and many others around us, only enemy space is in the north where NC resides. Ratting/plexing/mining is done in our corporation set systems which is 2 for us, and any unclaimed corporation systems in region is open for all. Daily pvp ops are always up around the hour, and an occasional home defense or 2 a day; call to arms are mandatory to join. For more info take a minute to go over my thread. We would welcome you and your friends with open hands.

More detailed for your taste:
A corp that would be a good fit for us would have the following attributes-
1. Active during US TZ
We are US time zone corporation/alliance always people on.
2. Enjoy well crafted fleets and small to medium engagements
Everyone enjoys flying around hunting reds, or go into enemy space and have fun. Always have a good sized fleet to do the job, especially with one of our current 3200+ fleet fight. Went out to help our allies. Not always big fleets like that.
3. RL first for real (We all have jobs and personal lives that limit our game time)
Of course, this is a game real life always comes first.
4. Decent ratting and plexing grounds
2 corp systems to rat/plex, and any unclaimed systems in region are open to all.
5. Minimal BS and no corp drama
Fleets consist of BC most of the time, but always change depending on enemy type.
6. Mature leadership
Very mature leadership, and very good FC's that coordinate our fleets.
7. Sense of humor and emo free
Of course, especially with some of us having fun with the Fukung website. Always people having fun over TS3.
NOTE;No pirating or anything related to what so ever as long as your in the alliance.

Have a look. We can teach you anything you want to learn about 0.0 and you can gain the highest ISK/hour while getting small to medium fights (no blobs) in Wormholes. We are all USTZ and enjoy well crafted small gang pvp.

We at Xmark initiative are looking for people to help us, help everyone get rich. We do extensive pve, produce everything we need and are looking for experienced pvp pilots.
Nominally we are looking for EU players, however we are mainly a US corp.
Also our pvp can net us vast amount of money in short periods of time, perfect for those of you with lives.
Also we need experienced pvpers for our next set of operations. as we are pvp noobs and are looking for guidance.

I think we have what you're looking for.
No.Mercy is an EU/US TZ 23/7 pvp corp living in venal (guristas 0.0 so you can get your rat on during down times) with next to no blues and the entire north is up for plundering. Hi there, well as the previous corp says, we can pretty much give you everything that you are after, so why choose us..?
For one we are part of an alliance that is on the move, taking systems and sovereignty, if you have read the EVE news lately you'd know more about it...which means more plexs more rats more space to defend.. but as well as all this we are still a laid back corp that will help its corp mates when needed... I wont bore you with pages of what we can do... except to say we have as much lube as you need... :)

Go with No.Mercy you won't be dissapointed. If you don't join N.M the piece of advice i'd give you since I pirated for 2 years then moved to 0.0 like you are doing is stay away from any Alliance/Corp associated with a powerblock. Find one of those small pvp corp/alliances who are 100% pvp and have minimal bluelist and have an active killboard, CEOs will tell you just about anything to get you to join. Killboards show just how active and what kinda fleets they are running in your TZ. A little piece of my heart breaks when I see pirates finally hanging it up and going to 0.0, but goodluck.
