That's rather odd for a commodity in such high demand, I would honestly have expected the market value of these shares to rise over time. Wouldn't it be a nice heads up to your major shareholders if you increased the price? If somebody invested 1B in your business a year ago, the news that his investment is now worth 2B would surely put a smile on his face and encourage him to increase his portfolio even more.
