My time serving the State Protectorate has led me to the conclusion that there is a distinct lack of successful fleets due to distrust between pilots, FDU agents intercepting STPRO comms channels, the over-use of Tama as a launch point and a lack of skilled leadership. My personal opinion is that these problems can be overcome by forming a close knit unit of pilots who can take their own fleets and organise successful attack/defense operations against the FDU.
Progressive State are looking to enlist pilots of all skills and experience to assist in the war with the Federal Defence Union.
Any applications will be considered but those of you who consider yourselves 'veterans' will most likely be dissapointed since we will most likely be recruiting rookies.
Our main aim is to enlist new and inexperienced pilots with the intention of giving them an insight into combat and factional warfare in a relaxed environment and ultimately ensure we keep the contested systems under Caldari control
We hope to provide these newer pilots with the training necessary to help them increase their survival rate. However we are also looking for pilots with FC and leadership experience to lead our men into battle.
We have numerous contacts within the State and will also spend some time assisting other fleets to gain experience.
The State Protectorate has assigned us a private comms channel (TS3 server is available and is mandatory for all members) and we can provide basic resources and ships for members.
This is a great opportunity for new players, inexperienced combat pilots and experienced FC's/leaders and militia players to build something new and make a big impact on the ongoing war with the FDU in a relatively relaxed environment. You will not have orders barked at you and if you make mistakes you will not be disciplined, rest assured.
We will be operating mainly on UK/EU Timezone but all applications will be considered. Also, we do get involved and have contacts with various RP organisations and corporations and plan to get involved with the IG events that are being run. However, participation will not be mandatory.

Rookie pilots (new to PVP and FW) should not feel intimidated. Progressive State intend to give all pilots the opportunity to learn and engage in the war with the Federal Defence Union in a relaxed environment.
